Warm feature at last worked!
Easy to install and works as expected. If you are connected to your faucet with the split connectors ensure to flush and then use the spray functions (of you are looking to get the warm feature to work)-because as your bowl is replenishing with cold water to get the tank filled, there is less cold water being used to mix with the hot water this allowing the temperature control feature to work optimally.
Toilet paper works way better than this
This product was one of the worst thing that I ordered from Amazon, I ordered 2 bidet,I installed the first one that I wasn't very satisfied with it but I thought it's ok, second bidet one was defective and couldn't install it at all which I am going to return it. I don't recommend this product at all, it's just such a waste of time and money
Might need to be handy to install this.
For my situation, the hot & cold connections had to be made at the sink. The cold water connector by toilet was not right and didn't fit the included splitter. For my situation, the hot & cold connections had to be made at the sink. The cold water connector by toilet was not right and didn't fit the included splitter. I used a drill to allow the waterline plastic tubes to pass through the cabinet. Make sure to drill so it doesn't interfere with the drawer action. Use at least 3/8 inch drill bit make it easy to slide in and out. The cold water line was too short. they include .8 meter cold and 2.2 meter hot tube with what I think is 1/4 OD size . I used an old 1/4 OD water line tube that was old and was little hard and not soft to replace the .8 meter cold line. If you feel confident loosening and tightening the connectors, this is easy. Otherwise, get a plumber or someone you trust to do this. You don't want a leak that you created and can't figure out how to fix. These connections tend to be stiff and sometimes loosen too much and leak. You will need a adjustable creacent wrench and a either a phillips or flat screw driver to remove to handle to access the connector to loosen and tighten properly. Don't over tighten either. Just enough to let the washers do their job properly. The hot water connection leaked. My guess is that it was due to using the wrong type of hose and it started to spray a fine mist at the junction that connects to the bidet. Make sure you get high pressure, hot temperature hose. There are silicon hoses that are rated for heat and pressure.
Absolute Garbage and a waste of two hours trying to install it
Fitting from toilet bowl to main line burst and flooded my bathroom floor. I would like my money returned please.
If not working properly make sure the water is off.
Had a hard time connecting the hot water. Flood the floor so I had to get my repair man to fix the leak. Work good
