install issues
The adapter that attaches to the bottom of the toilet tank, the stem where the water supply line threads on to is too short. Twisting the water supply line all of the way with plumbers tape and the seal provided in this kit still doesn't create the necessary seal and leaks water all over. I am now either going to return this and find something else or buy a new water supply line and see if it works. We shall see. For now unhappy this is not a simple "plug'n play" adapter

This product was one of the worst thing that I ordered from Amazon, I ordered 2 bidet,I installed the first one that I wasn't very satisfied with it but I thought it's ok, second bidet one was defective and couldn't install it at all which I am going to return it. I don't recommend this product at all, it's just such a waste of time and money
