The product arrived fast in a nice box with clear instructions and all the right pieces. Unfortunately when installing, I didn't have a wrench so it was hard to get enough traction and I ended up breaking another piece off my toilet in the process of installing. Now that I've fixed things the bidet works great! Worth consulting an installation video first.
