I was not able to have this installed until after the Amazon return time frame because I was out of town. Had it installed by a plumber and leaked immediately. I have tried to contact the manufacture and they will not respond. I should have just put my money in the toilet and flushed it. Update:after review manufacture sent a new unit and seems to be working fine.
