Great product

I'm in love with this product so much! Changes my lifestyle. Can't live without it. Love how there's a sensor when seated, so no accidents of buttons being used.

Child Mode!

While it doesn't have the user-profiles our Swash has, it's still a fantastic budget bidet. Kids can use this one! We bought two of the Alpha's and neither detects me(170lb male) when I sit on it, which isn't so bad because the child mode lets me use them! The air dryer actually gets warm VERY quickly, love this bidet!

What they don't tell you

I have not seen this mentioned anywhere so I felt obligated to point out that this bidet beeps loudly. Every single time the seat sensor is triggered you will hear a loud beep. Every time you shift your weight, also beeping. This might seem trivial, but how often do you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night? It wakes my spouse up sometimes. And yes, it is loud enough that guests and pets will likely hear it. When emailing the company they simply responded that it is not possible to turn...

And yes, it is loud enough that guests and pets will likely hear it. When emailing the company they simply responded that it is not possible to turn this off. Also I feel it is important to note that for me the remote does not work when sitting and holding it normally, I have to physically point the sensor at the back of the toilet, so for that reason I always leave mine attached to the wall where the sensors line up.

My first Bidet experience

While I have nothing to compare this one to, I can point out some things I have noticed. Positive: there are a lot of ways to customize things - pressure, temperature, position. This makes it easy for every user to have a good experience. There is a sensor that beeps when you sit down. I am assuming this means that a child can not push buttons and make a mess of things (I have not tried to press the buttons without sitting down, though!). This makes it easy for every user to have a good experience. There is a sensor that beeps when you sit down. I am assuming this means that a child can not push buttons and make a mess of things (I have not tried to press the buttons without sitting down, though!). There are some "not necessary, but really nice things like the heated seat option and night light option. The water heats up quickly. Now the things that could use a bit of a tweak: the night light is really bright - it reflects out of the bathroom and down the hall. The dryer blows about as much air as those things they put in your nose at the hospital. Also, the bidet does not perfectly fit our toilet so the toilet rim shows a bit on the inside of the bidet seat. In general, as a first time bidet owner, the thing that I have to get used to is the seat shape and material. You can't sit on the lid. I purposely got one with attached controls so I would not have an out of reach remote, but I can see how a remote would be good - especially for people with mobility issues, trouble reaching to the side, trouble with "knowing" where the buttons are to push (it is hard to read the word/symbols when they are on your side and not well lighted), have a body shape that hangs over the seat on the sides, or any number of reasons.

Nice. Works well

i bought 2 of them. Both are working well. Reason I gave 4 is, instruction manual is not elaborate. Way in which you have to place the seat holder not explained clearly. I had to use my intelligence to set it up. One more thing. If you are keeping a stool to rest your legs, the sensor is in the front. Your leg may not be touching the skin contact sensor and it will not work. At 4am in the morning I went and it did not work. Your leg may not be touching the skin contact sensor and it will not work. At 4am in the morning I went and it did not work. It took me some time to understand that my leg is not touching the sensor. I had to remove the stool (moved it a little forward) and rested my legs on the floor. And everything worked fine. One more caution for new customers(if you mess up here, there will be water on the floor). Please watch you tube video on how to turn the tank valve to connect the T valve. clockwise motion of the valve opens it up.

So this bidet is only available in elongated shape not round. The installation was easy except for the T adapter. This part was the hardest part since it will cause a leak if not installed properly. This bidet has lots of features and is pressure sensitive. If you don't sit on it then the bidet doesn't spray any water. The seat has a temperature control. It even has a "female" function. Many features and functions including led light. You do need to have an GFCI outlet for it to work properly.

I have a 3K Toto toliet....and 2 other more expensive Bidets on other toilets....this is the least expensive one I own.....but it is just as good..... The Toto opens and shuts and is auto flush...so this does not compare, but this is just as good as the other similar added Bidets that I own. Great pressure...warm seat and water..... easy to use with the controls on the side....other ones all have remotes..... do like the seat side controls...works for me...but I am not a large person....not sure...

Tested it for the kids play issue.... water did not shoot out when I pretended to sit on it. Perfect to stop kids from messing with it. LOVE the "off" button, so I can easily turn it off when long time not in use (I have to unplug my other toilet seats to turn them off..... like this seat a lot..... it is lower than most of the other ones, so less obnoxious to look at. Super easy to install.....I just did another brand last month....this was even easier! it was NO problem to put in and I am a 50 year old female (who is handy)

Best two hundred something that I ever spent!!

I just installed it and it was very easy, package contained everything needed and took about 20 minutes including reading instructions. Luckily I had GFCI outlet close to it and cord was just enough to reach it. It has everything I ever wanted. Easy to understand menu. Buttons for Rear (oscillating) stream and Rear+ which has more powerful stream. Rear+ stream work only when seated on bidet with kids mode off. Front wash (feminine). Buttons for Rear (oscillating) stream and Rear+ which has more powerful stream. Rear+ stream work only when seated on bidet with kids mode off. Front wash (feminine). Pulse button which streams from low to higher pressure I love this feature. Its enjoyable feeling. Self cleaning nozzles with optional manual rinse mode. 5 water heater levels. 5 levels of water presure. 5 levels for heated air blower. Kids mode This is my first ever bidet that I bought and installed. Heated sit and its a little softer than plastic sit that I had before. 2 energy saving modes First one has green light keeps water heated always at designated temperature and shuts off if not used in 24 hours. Second power saving mode has red light and automatically turns water heater only when seated on bidet heating water for few minute before use. As I understand red power saving mode takes less electricity. I didn't try to adjust nozzle position but it was already in the comfortable spot for me. Air dryer work well too but takes few minutes to dry anyway. Overall it best bang for your buck. All the luxury features at low cost and quality is good (korea). Stainless steel retractable nozzle. I'm much happier now then when I was using toilet paper. I takes less time and effort and you get better results cleaner refreshed feeling nit scratching sensitive parts especially when have hair there. I absolutely love this bidet especially it Pulse feature and heated seat and enjoy to use it. At beginning I was looking at lower cost bidet attachments but realized they not work that well need additional water valve to adjust pressure and can't be attached to any toilet seat but need only flat on the underneath seats and may require additional bumpers added to the seat. After all it came up at about 70$ so I decided it worth to spend a little extra and get this everything included bidet with heated water and seat and water pressure levels not required additional water valve . So Im very happy about this bidet purchase and don't regret any second. Would purchase again for my second and third bathrooms and recommend to my sister and anybody else to go get it!

an almost there product

for a bidet priced over $200 it has all the functions you could want. however just like a jack of all trades this bedet masters non of its numerous functions. first, on a moderate spray setting the unit can't keep temp. seckend the "in use" sensor is placed to far foward, someone useing a "squitty potty" or other foot razing device to be in a more natural posture will find the unit shuts off while you are sitting on it! and you have to stand for > 10 sec for it to re-reconize you. the sprays hav...
