Bidet seats almost eliminates the need for toilet paper. Hence when the next toilet paper shortage and hoarding starts I'm prepared this time around. This is a very reasonably priced bidet and gets the job done. I have a more expensive bidet seat and the Alpha GX Wave works just as good. The biggest difference was the expensive one has a remote control. I plan to buy a few more of these for family Christmas presents. 

This bidet is amazing. Every feature is adjustable for the perfect set up. The seat temp, water temp, water flow and nozzle can all be adjusted. I planned on putting one in when we built our home, so the plug was already in place. I installed it myself to the surprise of my husband. I love the remote which I hung on the wall over my TP holder. Best birthday gift I could give myself. 

Who knew when I bought this a few months ago COVID would hit and there would be a paper shortage. The bidet itself was rather easy to install, it works as advertised. I wish the dry function had a more powerful jet. My only other quibble would be that the functions are in a area where you need to get up to see them, I should have got one with a detachable remote so it is easy to see the functions. 

This is the second BidetKing in my life and I can never go back to a regular toilet. Super easy to install and use. Love the child feature for when family is visiting! The remote is quite large but it's fine. 

I purchased this bidet for our guest bath and so far it is working great ! I have a Swash 1000 in the master bath for over a year now but wanted something a little less expensive for our guest bath. The Alpha GXR seat performs as well as the Swash. My only feedback is that when holding the remote in a natural position based on the layout, your hands block the remotes infrared transmitters. And for those of you reluctant to purchase a Bidet Seat get over it! I am 61, and once you use a Bidet seat, you'll never want to use the old disgusting method. Bidet King by far has the best selection and pricing. Let others fight over tp shortages, get a Bidet! 

The unit works just fine. I replaced one with a hand held remote. This unit has a fixed control panel on the side which is very difficult to see, read the control buttons and make adjustments while you are actually sitting on the toilet trying to use this for its design purpose. I would buy a unit with a hand held control the next time around. Todd 

ordered it during the presale because my bio bidet 600 decided to die after 2 years. the GXR IS GREATT. love the spray pressure and nightlight. the design is minimal and the dryer feels stronger(but still not that strong). having the remote control is amazing because I can finally read it clearly. hope it lasts!! 

Love lots of the features of this bidet and the remote seems to communicate much better with the seat than a different brand by friend got. Only thing I wish is that there was a little more room lengthwise for males as you can end up touching the front of the bowl, but I think I'd need an elongated toilet for that and doubt any similar bidet designs can come up with that extra room. The seat heat is great, water temperature is nice, and the nozzle has a lot of backward and forward movement and can get where you need it. The whole thing seems pretty easy to clean which beats the simple add-on below an existing toilet seat bidet I used to have. All in all, very satisfied. 

Seat works great. We don’t like the beep sound the remote makes every time a button is pushed. Great pressure. Have had it about 1 month. 

This is my second bidet. I wanted the dryer feature which works very well.I like the workings of it. I would have given 5 stars if the controls were on a remote
