The heated water adds another layer of comfort, making the experience even more pleasant. Guests frequently compliment the bidet, and it has quickly become one of their favorite features in our home. Overall, I highly recommend the ALPHA BIDET GX Wave Bidet Toilet Seat for anyone looking to enhance their bathroom experience with comfort and cleanliness.

Excellent value

This was my second Alpha GX Wave; the first one is still going strong after several years of regular use. For the price this bidet has a great set of features, including the heated seat, heated water, and lots of different spray options. It was easy to install. The hot water does last about 30 seconds - at first I thought that might be a big drawback but honestly it's been fine; the water just gradually cools and even in winter having that initial warm water has been sufficient.

Easy to install, great value, works great! But limited life.

We've had this for about two weeks now. After our old toilet seat broke we decided to give a bidet seat a try. There are so many to choose from! Basically, I was looking for something that had a good number of features (strong enough spray, front spray, dryer, etc) and was around the $200 mark. This seat has it all and then some! All I can say is I'm not disappointed at all with my purchase. The seat was easy to install, I think lining it up just right took the longest, but I had it all in...

The seat was easy to install, I think lining it up just right took the longest, but I had it all installed within 30 minutes and had no leaks, that includes a shut-off value I bought separately, just in case. As for operation, it works as I expected it too. I was worried that with the shut-off value the flow would be reduced and the stream would be weak but that wasn't the case. The water flow isn't blasting me off the seat but it's strong enough to get everything clean and that's the point, right? The dryer is warm and does an ok job, sometimes I run that twice and by the end of the second cycle, things are usually good. The controls are clear and easy to reach, I thought about going with a remote control type unit but with small kids, we decided something attached that couldn't get lost or used as a toy was probably a better choice for us. If I had to find a negative I'd say the seating area was a little smaller than we were used to, but that only bothered me for a day or two. Also, I find I have to shift around a little sometimes to get the spray in just the right spot but again, not a big deal and I imagine that's something you might have to do regardless of which seat you buy. The bottom line for me is that it gets everything clean, and it didn't cost a lot to do it! So hopefully between having to pump the septic less and using hardly any toilet paper, it will pay for itself eventually. 7/16/20 FOLLOW-UP So a year later still no complaints. I've found the shut-off valve was not a necessity for us, even with two Pre-K kids there have been no accidental sprayings! In fact, they are starting to use it now too, although I do find it isn't as effective for them as it is for my older child and the adults. One of the LED lights stopped working about 6 months ago but that isn't a big issue. I also found the seat doesn't seem to heat as much in the back, but I'm not sure if that's a failing or just where the heaters are positioned, again not a big issue for us. We will probably get one for the kids' bathroom soon, while I might not get this exact model I will certainly consider the brand. 6/6/23 Final Update Well, it seems to have worn out. Tried to use it today and it wouldn’t spray and is leaking so got just about 4 years out of it.

Love the bidet!

I got the bidet because I was having shoulder surgery on my right side. I needed one with remote so I could hold or position the remote. It has been amazing. I love the heated seat. The spray has worked great. I just move around a little to make sure it's all taken care of. My kids are using kid mode. I am hooked! Easy to install!!

Great Value!

I first got the Bio Bidet 1000 for $400 and hated it! So clunky and the seat felt like it would break before I got it installed. Plus the water connection would never seat right and leaked continually. Back it went! I considered the Brondell CL1500, but waited for it to drop below $200, then read reviews on the Alpha Wave GX and thought I’d try it. What a “great value”! It has very good water pressure, which is adjustable, for all three modes, back, back plus, and female. Also has a dry mode which isn’t real quick, but hey, grab a magazine and indulge in some me time! This unit was a snap to install, and looks nice. I knew instantly that it would be a keeper.

Ahhh pleasure to use

When covid started and tp was scarce, I purchased an inexpensive non-electric bidet attachment. My first foray into bidet use. I was pleased to find that bidets do actually work/clean you well. The water was cold, but that didn't bother me. We updated our master bath and my wife wanted a heated seat. Good time to add a plug nearby and upgrade to a nicer bidet. I chose the Alpha GX Wave. It works great and the heated seat and water haver spoiled me forever. The water pressure on the old non-electric can go very high - we have great water pressure. I was concerned that electric models that use pumps instead of home water pressure may not have as good a flow rate. That is not an issue with the Wave. The pressure is good (and adjustable). A nice feature is that you can set the 'normal' pressure you like and there is a 'pressure wash' button if you want the highest pressure occasionally without changing the normal you use. It has been a welcome addition and there is no going back!.

Very happy! Can recommend!

I got this seat because I wanted more features than just water. After searching around for days, I finally found out that for the price, it has all the key features that I wanted. I liked how the back of the bidet was not as high as the others, it is a lower profile model which helps with the angle of the seat that some people struggle with. It has heated seat which in the winter season in Wisconsin will be nice. It has heated water, which is great even though you only get about 30-40 seconds of...

It has heated water, which is great even though you only get about 30-40 seconds of it depending on what setting you have it on. You get pulse and oscillating feature for the water flow. You get the regular flow which at max is gentle enough, you get the rear + which on max is pretty strong (may be too strong for someone who is new/trying out for the first time), and you have the female wash (which is more of a wide wash, I have been told). I do wish that the rear + has the oscillating feature but it does not. It has a gentle slow closing lid and seat. It has the sittable lid which I will not use but can be helpful if you have kids who like to stand on top to reach higher. The nightlight led works great for anyone. I do like how everything is on the side control panel and easily labeled, but I do wish that the labeling/writing would be darker, and not a gray color since that gets hard to read sometimes. The assembling of it was very easy (took about 20 minutes if you have done it before) and nice that you can detach it from the holder by holding in the 2 buttons (1 on each side) for easy clean up under the bidet. The plug in cable is about 3 feet long which may not be long enough for some people but was enough for me. The cable is on the left hand side if you are sitting on the toilet, or on the right hand side if you are standing looking at it. Overall I am very pleased and happy with it. I now can recommend the seat, as well as the website for the great and quick shipping.

I was allowed to review this product for Home Depot. The item arrived in perfect condition from the Home Depot. This was a neat opportunity to try out an electric powered bidet. Installation was very easy. All in I think it took 30 minutes taking my time. Everything I needed was included with the bidet. I recommend getting some channel lock pliers, and a flathead screwdriver. Installation required removing the old seat, shutting off water, and disconnecting the water line to the toilet tank. You should use a flexible toilet water line for this install. If you don't have one, you will likely need one. I was able to use my existing flexible braided water line. All fittings were included to Tee into the line. The Bidet seat takes water and AC power. I was fortunate to have a GFCI outlet near my toilet. The hinge plate for the seat had very smart 2 piece plate that stacks to lock in a variety of hole spacings to fit the seat mount on the bowl. Easy, and worked on the first try, no leaks. 7 months later, I can say we all love this bidet. It has a variety of options for pulsing water on your bottom. It warm water which stays warm for about 30 seconds. After that water becomes luke warm. There are temperature settings, and pulse setings as well. We keep ours at the strongest levels. The air dry feature is lacking, but works if you give it enough time. I highly recommend this, as until you use a bidet, you really dont know what you are missing. It's fun, and has really be come an asset to us. :) I will likely most outlet out of sight in the near future.

The GX wave electric bidet seat for elongated toilets in white is a great buy. It features 3 wash modes and strong drying, it’s the perfect no-frills bidet seat.It has an exclusive exclusive Rear+ mode can spray produces just over 1L/min. The spray is strong and the generous water volume provides an extremely effective rear cleansing.. Its low profile design is lower profile than the vast majority of bidet seats on the market. and has some advanced features that are only available on much more expensive bidets.

Reasonably good, unfortunately it doesn't live up to expectations

Having previously owned a $30 add-on bidet that worked very well for 3-4 months... until the plastic nozzle eroded to the point it was more like a garden hose than a targeted stream, I sought a bidet featuring a stainless steel nozzle. Unfortunately they were 4 to 10 times the cost. But no matter, I decided to give this one a try. First off, my SOLE INTEREST was the stainless steel nozzle... I had NO interest in any of the extra features, as the more complex they got, the more trouble I'd expect later. (And I was correct) #1 unit lasted barely 4 days before it developed a continuous dripping out of a weep-hole adjacent to the nozzle... something Alpha tech support agreed was not normal, so I returned the unit for a replacement. #2 unit is still functioning 'normally' after 3 weeks of use. That said, here is what 'normal' means: PROS: - Easy to install - Three separate nozzles offer good 'targeting' - All kinds of "cool" extra features (my S.O. likes the heated seat but does not use the bidet part at all) CONS: - Takes away 4" of open bowl space (feels like using an RV camper toilet) - Unnecessary extra features requiring electricity (Had to buy a cord to run from wall on other side of the vanity, giving up an outlet so had to get a splitter as well) - Very slow... 4-5 seconds to respond compared to the INSTANT flow turning the knob on the $30 bidet - A dryer? Really? Even 90 seconds of pitifully weak warmed air isn't enough - Randomly flushes (cleaning?) the nozzle and makes weird noises after sitting on the seat but not using any of the controls. - Inadequate pressure... more like a tickle than a spray to CLEAN thoroughly even using Rear+ at the highest pressure setting it is FAR less than the pressure of the $30 bidet. - Stainless Steel nozzles? (THE ONE critical feature I sought) Not a chance, just plastic nozzles INSIDE a stainless steel HOUSING. So I expect them to wear out, although not as quickly due to the low pressure. As to the low pressure issue: I have a feeling it is a result of using an electric pump to provide the variable pressure settings, whereas IF it allowed full water pressure to come through on the highest setting, I would LOVE it. Wrapping it up... If you have a very sensitive tush and seek all the bells-and-whistles like: Rear, Rear+, Front, Dry, Pulse, Spray Pressure, Dry Temp, Nozzle Position, Seat Temp, Water Temp, Power Save, Nozzle Clean, Child Mode and LED Nightlight... then this IS the bidet I would recommend for you.
