If you are looking for a bidet that works with the Kohler Santa Rosa toilet, which has really tight space between the water tank and the mounting hole, you've found the right one. This one works perfectly on it.

This seat is very easy to install. I am 77 and my wife is 78. We were able to install this in about 20 minutes. Read the directions! The top installation and the included alignment guide make it easy to place the seat properly. Operation is great, the remote allows changing water pressure, nozzle positioning, water temperature, oscillation, fan temperature, and seat temperature. I can't imagine much more you would want or need. Highly recommended!

My first bidet, so far, so good.
Not difficult to install, and actually easy if you don't have arthritic wrists. It works well, although I found that I had a learning curve with the pressures and temperatures. I quite like it and am glad I bought it. One thing though, for larger people or even average sized men, the seat opening is smaller than a regular toilet, and a lot smaller than an elongated seat. So there's that.

Compact in size, prefer a more powerful water stream
Works with our compact toilet. Upgraded from a tushy to an this electric powered model. Selections were limited since we have a compact toilet and didn't want the seat to hang over the front of the bowl. While it's nice having warm water, the water pressure (cleaning) is not as good as our previous bidet. The remote doesn't remember previous settings.
