Alpha JX bidet Owners Reviews

The low profile design looks much better and is more comfortable than our previous Alpha iX or our BioBidet Bliss bb2000. Of course nothing matches the water pressure of the Bliss, but the Pearl does the job. The dryer works better mainly because it runs a really long time, and at full heat gets a bit too toasty. I also like the sitable lid on the Pearl. Overall it’s a great combo of great design and very good function. 

I was just looking for a bidet and I then saw this Alpha Ux Pearl Electric Bidet seat. This does everything and then some. Elongated seat and warm water, no cold water to shock with this great product. It has a heated seat and cleans itself . It also has a deodorization feature and the water has 6- level adjustments and 5- level adjustments for the water temperature. And all this by remote control, wow! 

I have a more compact toilet, Kohler Santa Rosa, so this is the only washlet that really fits my toilet. Lucky for me, I love it! Easy to install, easy to use and works well. Love the heated seat, warm water, and led light. Love that it doesn't have a big panel on the toilet set, just a button that works it, and if you want more functions, the remote will do it all. Pricey, but good. 

This Alpha Bidet UX Pearl electric bidet seat is a great product. If you think this is just for women, you are wrong. This washes all necessary parts. The installation is straightforward. Teflon tape is not included but I suggest using it on any water connections. Also, make sure you have access to and electrical outlet or connection. Also, the control is remote and needs to be mounted on the wall. 

I got this to help my wife. She is very happy after one week of use. She needed this to eliminate the abrasion that comes from wiping with toilet paper and this clearly does the trick. The only feature she doesn't like is the blow dryer, it takes way to long, so she just dabs with a towel to dry off. The light that illuminates the toilet bowl at night seems very cool and helpful, when I go in to pee at night while drowsy. All in all, we are happy with the UX Pearl bidet.  

It’s been working really well! No problems at all. I had researched several different brands and models, and was pretty picky, when I narrowed my choice down to the Pearl. This is my first bidet, so I have no others to compare it to. But, this unit checks all the boxes. Bidetking was very helpful supplying me with answers to my questions. We have always been curious about bidets. We have traveled and never tried one. We decided to give this a try. We chose this model based on style, reviews, unlimited hot water and the 3 year warranty. We both like this bidet and the clean feeling that you just don’t get with paper. The only complaint is the front wash. She says it gets her all wet and isn’t really effective because of the angle. Otherwise we are very completely happy with this purchase. 

Must admit I am very impressed with this modern bidet technology. A therapeutic gift for my wife was my prime inspiration to try a bidet. Chose this Alpha UX Pearl seat for it's refined design & features, good reviews, etc. Installed 3 weeks (myself) and you know what they say about a "happy wife." Paper use dropped significantly, so I tried it and found out why. It's better than I hoped it would be, and a very nice addition to living facilities. 

Just installed product and it is a fantastic upgrade over my first bidet purchase (different brand, cheaper unit). Yes, this product was very expensive but among the cheapest with fully automatic seats and lids. I love all the other features, too -- oscillating, aerated spray does a very good job of gently cleaning, especially important for those with certain problems. Seat is solid, product is easy to install with quality stainless steel braided hose. I love it!

I did a lot of research on bidets. The alpha UX had the best reviews and now I know why. It has a beautiful low profile. The oscillating stainless steel tube has adjustable water pressure and temperature. It cleans front and back, no need for toilet paper except to dab dry. The blow dryer works ok but does not dry completely. The remote is easy to operate. I will probably be buying another AlphaUX for my other bathroom.
