I hosted Thanksgiving last year and the bidet was the most entertaining part of the day. After one person used it, they came out of the bathroom and said, “wow, I need one of those!” A line soon formed at the bathroom door and there was a lot of giggling from the kids and jokes made between the adults. I recently purchased the Alpha JX2 Bidet Toilet Seat for the second time, and I am am more than satisfied with the changes that we made and with my decision. The first one was left behind when I recently sold my house When I was going through cancer treatment and multiple surgeries, I bought the first Alpha,, hoping it would bring some comfort and ease to my life during a challenging time—and it did. From the very first use, I could tell this was a product designed with care and attention to detail. The standout feature for me is the stainless steel nozzle where the water comes out. It's hygienic, durable, and far superior to plastic nozzles found on other bidets. The water pressure and temperature settings are easily adjustable, allowing for a customized experience that meets my preferences every time. Whether it's for gentle cleaning or a more robust cleanse, the controls are intuitive and responsive. In terms of quality, the Alpha JX2 delivers exactly as promised. Bidet King is the best place I’ve found to purchase a quality Bidet seat. Several years ago we chose the Alpha Bidet JX R seat with the assistance of the Bidet KIng staff as we had a Kohler spacesaver bowl that I needed to be certain it would fit. The staff suggested the JX R seat and let me know that the seat would extend somewhat over the front of the bowl on the outside, but even on the inside, but that it would be the best fit. Bidet King is the best place I’ve found to purchase a quality Bidet seat. Several years ago we chose the Alpha Bidet JX R seat with the assistance of the Bidet KIng staff as we had a Kohler spacesaver bowl that I needed to be certain it would fit. The staff suggested the JX R seat and let me know that the seat would extend somewhat over the front of the bowl on the outside, but even on the inside, but that it would be the best fit. I purchased that one and that works fine. It’s not a perfect fit, but it’s a unique shaped bowl and it has performed great, so when our other seat not from Bidet King broke down, I went online to Bidet King and looked for the seat we have for our elongated bowl. Easy to install since I already had the water and nearby electrical outlet nearby. I highly recommend Bidet King.  Read Less

I’m a 72 year old man and had never used a bidet but was curious after a friend told me how much it helped her elderly mother. I did some research and decided on Alpha having read reviews at BidetKing and other sites. The features and benefits of this technology was mind blowing to include: a night light, heated seat; adjustable water pressure, water temperature, nozzle position, and dryer temp all controlled by a wall mountable remote. I decided to go for it after seeing so many positive reviews and am so glad I did. Everything promised was delivered including a fairly simple installation and good customer service. I began by investigating. I didn’t want seats that sprang to attention when someone entered the bathroom & I didn’t care about nightlights. I considered the BioBidet BB-2000 & tried calling Bemis on their tech support line & on their sales line. An outgoing message said they would respond to emails within five days. Hence I knew their warranty work would be equally lousy. Bidet King offered to let me see some units in their warehouse. Although I didn’t go, I could see they were easier to work with. The shipment came in a day. Three filters were ordered, but one was missing. When I told Bidet King, they quickly sent it. The installation went smoothly & quickly. Note their warranty begins the day the bidet is shipped, so don’t sit on it (pun intended). The remote control has buttons & a screen. Touch screens upset me, so I was very happy that this screen had nothing to touch. The buttons were straightforward, easy to set, & the screen gave clear visual feedback. The wand/nozzle would self-clean every time someone sat down on the seat. After a few days of people sitting to pee, the waste of self-cleaning water became very annoying. This feature was turned off after the supervisor revealed a combination of buttons not published in the manual. I was worried that the time for the water to heat up might be a problem, but it was not. I am happy with the temperature, force, & duration of the water. I now believe that a warming tank (hybrid system) is an unnecessary expense. The air dryer is plenty hot, but I tend not to use it. A towel is quicker & less expensive. After about two weeks, we noticed that the seat was shifting to one side. This could have been catastrophic. We re-positioned the seat & carefully re-tightened – to avoid cracking the plastic – the fastening (lock) nuts. So far, the seat seems okay. I bought the bidet for its basic purpose. It does it well & I use less paper. I actually get out of the bathroom more quickly than before & I am cleaner. The bidet also reduced some bleeding issues.
