Great Bidet
Bought this to replace a non-electeic bidet that had started to leak. Amazing upgrade! The user save feature is really nice when more than one person uses it. I enjoy the heated seat way more than I expected to and it's nice having instant hot water for a wash. Having to buy for a round toilet made the opening on the small side, but there's still plenty of room even being male. About the only downside is not being able to use bathroom cleaners on it and having to use water and vinegar.

We have always been curious about bidets. We have traveled and never tried one. We decided to give this a try. We chose this model based on style, reviews, unlimited hot water and the 3 year warranty. We both like this bidet and the clean feeling that you just don’t get with paper. The only complaint is the front wash. She says it gets her all wet and isn’t really effective because of the angle. Otherwise we are very completely happy with this purchase.

Fantastic Upgrade!
Just installed product and it is a fantastic upgrade over my first bidet purchase (different brand, cheaper unit). Yes, this product was very expensive but among the cheapest with fully automatic seats and lids. I love all the other features, too -- oscillating, aerated spray does a very good job of gently cleaning, especially important for those with certain problems. Seat is solid, product is easy to install with quality stainless steel braided hose. I love it!

Surpassed my expectations overall
We just installed this Alpha UX Pearl yesterday and so far I am pretty impressed. It is our first bidet/washlet and we put in a new Kohler chair height elongated seat toilet to go with it. Takes a bit of learning to navigate the buttons on the remote but the install was very straightforward. Excellent water temperature and pressure and the ability to direct flow/temp are very good. Cleansing is 99% after a no. 2, which is impressive. The fan doesn't do much so we just use a couple squares of pa...

Only 'complaint' I have is that I like to read on 'the throne' and while my body is in contact with the seat, the internal water heater stays on in anticipation that it may be called upon. I feel like I am wasting electricity just sitting there reading. I wish there was an "OFF' button I could push. I would most definitely recommend this product and the QR code printed on the inside lid of the box helps with installation as well as navigating the remote.

My first bidet and I love it..
I did a lot of research on bidets. The alpha UX had the best reviews and now I know why. It has a beautiful low profile. The oscillating stainless steel tube has adjustable water pressure and temperature. It cleans front and back, no need for toilet paper except to dab dry. The blow dryer works ok but does not dry completely. The remote is easy to operate. I will probably be buying another AlphaUX for my other bathroom.

This is a sweat luxury !
It is very easy to install and you can just use the video if you wish ! It so easy to use and comes with a night light so you do not to turn on the light and completely wake yourself up at night! This model comes with a drier … you can control it with the side knob or the remote control and if you want , you can sanitize the bowl for 10 minutes! Fits my Kohler toilet !
