Excellent So Far, plus comparison with BidetKing Crown

We bought the latest model, BidetKing Crown and used it for a couple months before we bought this one. Our research had narrowed us down to these 2 in terms of features included, reviews, trust in the company, and price. We are absolutely happy with both of them, and with the customer service from BidetKing. Both have a strong oscillating stream and strong dryer. The user presets are handy but I am surprised we don't use them as often as I thought. The auto 1 button setting to cycle through an oscillating wash then dry is great. Both bidets were easy to install. The water comes out hot instantly. We had a part leaking on this and BidetKing was fast to respond and sent a replacement part what worked great. Differences are slight, we like them both equally. Crown has stronger stream and this sort of turbo setting for enema-ish if you need that. Crown is slimmer and latest model. Alpha UX Pearl my husband prefers the seat and angle but they look the same to me. Pearl seems to have a stronger dryer.

Good function, great looks
The low profile design looks much better and is more comfortable than our previous Alpha iX or our BioBidet Bliss bb2000. Of course nothing matches the water pressure of the Bliss, but the Pearl does the job. The dryer works better mainly because it runs a really long time, and at full heat gets a bit too toasty. I also like the sitable lid on the Pearl. Overall it’s a great combo of great design and very good function.

My first bidet and I love it..
I did a lot of research on bidets. The alpha UX had the best reviews and now I know why. It has a beautiful low profile. The oscillating stainless steel tube has adjustable water pressure and temperature. It cleans front and back, no need for toilet paper except to dab dry. The blow dryer works ok but does not dry completely. The remote is easy to operate. I will probably be buying another AlphaUX for my other bathroom.

Surpassed my expectations overall
We just installed this Alpha UX Pearl yesterday and so far I am pretty impressed. It is our first bidet/washlet and we put in a new Kohler chair height elongated seat toilet to go with it. Takes a bit of learning to navigate the buttons on the remote but the install was very straightforward. Excellent water temperature and pressure and the ability to direct flow/temp are very good. Only 'complaint' I have is that I like to read on 'the throne' and while my body is in contact with the seat, the internal water heater stays on in anticipation that it may be called upon. I feel like I am wasting electricity just sitting there reading. I wish there was an "OFF' button I could push. I would most definitely recommend this product and the QR code printed on the inside lid of the box helps with installation as well as navigating the remote.

Excellent Bidet
We purchased two of these and have been extremely happy with them. They were installed on the Glacier Bay N2420 and fit perfectly. They are working flawlessly, and the pressure is pretty good. The heated seat, water and adjustability is very good. Thanx for a great product.

I did a lot of research before choosing the Alpha Pearl and I am very happy with my decision. It is easy to install, aesthetically pleasing, low profile and streamlined, powerful spray and heater, quiet in operation, customizable, and the remote is intuitive. In my opinion, this bidet is truly the best of the best. Not only is the price offered by Bidet King the lowest of any I have found, but they were happy to answer any questions I had before I made my purchase. I highly recommend the Alpha Pearl!

Easy to install, and works great
I’ve been happy with this bidet so far. I installed it myself, while the plumber was working on some other stuff at our house. I did not need his help with this. It has all the bells and whistles, is as aesthetically pleasing as a toilet seat/bidet can be, and cleans well. I wouldn’t mind a bit more pressure, but it is enough to get the job done.

Alpha UX Pearl - So far so good
Exceedingly pleased so far! Hopefully the longevity matches the initial build quality and impression! Only negative is that it appears to be too powerful of a wash for my female SO...but she's always been a bidet doubter anyway so I don't think she's trying. ;)

Found a Pearl
The Alpha UX Pearl checked all the boxes for my Guest Bath! Very Full-featured but easy to use, also a sitable lid. Variability of temperature and pressure controls is quite satisfactory. The Eco Mode is what I set unless I have company. The day/night toilet bowl light is a nice feature. I have a BB-2000 in the Master Bath because of its unique high pressure features, but selected the Alpha Pearl for the Guest Bath because of its full-featured simplicity. I highly recommend both.

After much research, a bidet seat made more sense, and after comparing features and prices, the Alpha UX Pearl seemed the obvious choice. After 2 months of use, I'm very pleased, not only with the product's many features and conviences, but also the excellent customer service. Is it perfect? Almost! In reading other reviews, it's clear people have different preferences, but overall this seat checks most, if not all, of the important boxes. Yes, more pressure would be nice, but it is not lacking - this CLEANS. I sometimes wish that I could turn everything off, though - pulling the plug would work, but a power button on the remote would be much nicer. I truly appreciate the sittable lid. Ultimately, this seat looks great and elegantly fulfills a unique and vital function. Once experienced, an enlightened user instantly acquires a new perspective on life: BB vs AB (before bidet vs after bidet). Enjoy!
