Due to surgery and not having my dominant hand to use, it was suggested I buy a bidet. I ordered/received this a month ago and it has been the best thing ever! Because I wanted remote control the only ones I found had all the 'bells and whistles'. Since I knew nothing about bidets I did a lot of research and finally chose this Alpha Bidet UX Pearl. It was delivered the day before surgery and took very little time with no issues for my husband to install. Luckily I have an electrical socket next to toilet. I was thankful to have this important task ready for my post surgery needs. It seems to clean really well since I don't (can't) use tissue at all, but most would probably want to use a couple sheets only for full dryness. Maybe it's a female thing, but if sit for long or thru complete DRY cycle, it does stimulate to urinate again LOL. I love the heated water and position adjustment features. My husband absolutely loves the heated seat but doesn't really use the bidet features. Once you attach the wall mount, the remote is magnetized for easily taking on/off if needed. With my very large size, it was hard to find a sittable lid and this bidet fits the bill...very sturdy! Some of the reviews mention the beep sound when features change/turn on/off...this is no biggie because I'm in a closed room when using the toilet and what does it bother since I can barely hear it. Also some mention the length of cycles being too long, but you can stop anytime you choose with the stop button on remote. The osculating feature is nice and gives a more thorough cleaning. Of course the positioning of spout can be adjusted to hit the right spots. I have no need for the nightlight but it may come in handy at some point. I choose not to use the deodorizer. There is a 3yr warranty but I did not receive paperwork regarding this, so I need to contact manufacturer. I am completely ecstatic that I splurged on this purchase! Bidets are the best inventions, and I wholeheartedly believe a plus in cleanliness. I never want to go back to a regular toilet. I highly recommend the Alpha Bidet UX Pearl to everyone I know and to all you that are questioning a purchase. I have positive hopes that it lasts 3yrs or longer, but if it only gets me through until I can use my hand again it is well worth the purchase/cost! A friend of mine had just purchased a bidet sear and was extolling its virtues to the point that I had to investigate the utility myself. After researching the products being marketed, I selected Bidet King's Alpha UX Pearl model, which was touted as THE best affordable unit vs its competitors. BK does not exaggerate --- this baby does it all! Being handicapped, I had a friend install my bidet seat. It took him almost an hour and everything came together as intended. I was very fortunate in that the power cord JUST REACHED my wall outlet. My reaction when first sitting on it was that the seat had a very soft, yet firm, cushiony feel, and the seat was warm! It chirps when you first sit down and you can hear the reservoir filling with water it will heat. The machine's reaction to activation of the rear wash function is a slight couple second delay then a strong but comfortable stream of heated water begins. You can move the direction of the spray forward and backward --- the degree of which is indicated on the remote control (which is best mounted on a wall right next to the toilet. There is an efficient drying function. I have checked the degree of cleanliness the BK Alpha UX Pearl achieves and there is but a slight pale brown on the toilet tissue after wiping. I think the Alpha UX Pearl bidet toilet seat is the best one I have had to date. I have owned several different bidet toilet seats since 2014. In the high-end model category, I have owned BioBidet BB-2000, Brondell Swash 1400, American Standard SpaLet 2.0, and Toto C5. Alpha UX Pearl beats them all by far! For context, I'm a male that is 6 feet and 250ish pounds with a short legs and long torso. The reason I mention this context is because I have realized after owning many bidets that a person's body size, particular their butt/hip size influences how well one will like a particular bidet. For example, I found that Toto C5 is uncomfortable for someone with a typical butt size of my body type. My male friends, who have skinny/small butts, loved Toto C5. Anyway, after a month of using Alpha UX Pearl, it's just perfect for me. The water pressure, nozzle adjustment positioning, cleaning ease. slimness (compared to other models), etc. were all just amazing! I highly recommend this bidet seat. I have not used a bidet seat before, but I found this one easy to get used to. The temperature settings are quite flexible, the spray position and pressure have a wide range, and the oscillating feature really comes in handy. The only things I wasn't really impressed with were the dryer and the sanitizing feature, they didn't seem to do very much. This is a full-featured seat that competes with the top end name brand model, and it was a great price. Love the seat and rear spray options but the spray adjustment from rear to front doesn't seem to move for ladies. When I switch to front spray without moving it sprays in the exact same location. I can adjust myself by scooting back but it defeats the benefit of the button. My other complaint is that ozone deodorizer doesn't run when you're sitting on the toilet. Why can't we turn that on while we're on the throne? If you wait until you're done, there's no auto shut off so you have to remember t... Read More

It also turns the motor on whenever you sit down, regardless if you're going to wash up. So in the middle of the pin-drop quiet of the night, the motor running is a bit disconcerting. I got this bidet for Black Friday this year. Id been thinking about a bidet for a while now and thought I’d give it a try. After a bit of research, I found this one. I liked that it’s low profile. A lot of the bidets have such a high back that you can barely see the water tank for the toilet! Too intrusive for me. The warm water feature works well. 5 levels of temped water including, continuous warm water on demand. This means you will never run out of a warm wash. Also does cold/ambient temp water. Might need that this summer. The heated seat also works well. Too well actually. Can get VERY HOT! We don’t use it at all. The warm air/dryer feature works…. Pretty good. If you have a few minutes it might get you 80% dry or so. Takes a little while to get dry. No biggie. A little TP helps to dry off in a hurry. It has a 2 minute cycle that it runs of hot air and front & rear wash cycles. Idk if this is what Alpha Bidet recommends for cleaning times, but it works for me. Nightlight is a nightlight. You can turn it off as well. On the side of the seat. There is a knob to use the bidet if you lose your remote. It works. It is back-lit. Seat and lid drop slow. The deodorizer seems to work. It turns on when you sit down and turns off when you get up from the seat. You can also turn the deodorizer off. It makes a slight…. Fan sound? Bearly hear it, but it’s there. The other “Pure Bowl” freshener. Make a little noise when you turn it on. Not sure really what it does, but it is also included. You don’t have to turn it on if you don’t want to. When you set down. You hear a dripping sound of water. That’s the nozzle cleaning itself before and after you use the wash feature. The nozzle has three ways of cleaning. First is a direct shot at your…. Yep. The you can make it “pulse” at your…. Yep. And you can also make it “Massage” your…. Yep. I believe you have all these features with the front wash as well. You can adjust the nozzle to hit just right. This thing will CHANGE YOUR LIFE!! No BS! If you’re willing to shell out a little extra for Christmas. He said loves it and is very happy we purchased this, we love the heated seat, and the endless hot water, the dryer is not really something we use since we don't like to linger longer than necessary. I read a few reviews about the water pressure being too strong, that is not the case for us, we love it, the night light can be turned off, so we don't really use this feature, the dryer gets pretty hot, but I like the heat so that isn't a bad thing. I like the dial on the side for when we get up in the middle of the night, we dont have to fumble around with the remote, simply turn it left or right to turn it on and you can move it back or forward to any angle then push it in to stop it. Super convenient, I didn't think I would use this feature at all, but I find I use it at night since the remote is not lit up and I don't like to turn the light on. If you are on the fence about buying one, just do it you will love it. You need an GFCI outlet close by within 3 -4 feet. Also the water is hot immediately. I love the individual settings you can set this up for user 1 preferences and user 2 preferences, which I love. I may be buying another one for the other bathroom during the next Thanksgiving sale. its very low profile about 4 1/2 inches tall, and not bulky at all as you can see in the picture below. WE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!! Its very comfortable and as you can see form the pictures it fits just perfectly on our toilet, we have had it for a week, and will take the stickers off next.
