I have a more compact toilet, Kohler Santa Rosa, so this is the only washlet that really fits my toilet. Lucky for me, I love it! Easy to install, easy to use and works well. Love the heated seat, warm water, and led light. Love that it doesn't have a big panel on the toilet set, just a button that works it, and if you want more functions, the remote will do it all. Pricey, but good.

It is very easy to install and you can just use the video if you wish ! It so easy to use and comes with a night light so you do not to turn on the light and completely wake yourself up at night! This model comes with a drier … you can control it with the side knob or the remote control and if you want , you can sanitize the bowl for 10 minutes! Fits my Kohler toilet !

This is our second bidet, and it is much better than our first one (it died after about four years). What I love about the Alpha UX Pearl: the light can be set to come on automatically in the dark; the wash cycle is gentle but long; the remote can be mounted on the wall, not attached to the seat; the deodorizing feature really works! Love it!

Found a Pearl
The Alpha UX Pearl checked all the boxes for my Guest Bath! Very Full-featured but easy to use, also a sitable lid. Variability of temperature and pressure controls is quite satisfactory. The Eco Mode is what I set unless I have company. The day/night toilet bowl light is a nice feature. I have a BB-2000 in the Master Bath because of its unique high pressure features, but selected the Alpha Pearl for the Guest Bath because of its full-featured simplicity. I highly recommend both.

Why did we wait so long?
Thoroughly enjoying feeling so clean after using the toilet! This was super easy to install. My husband lives the night lite feature. The heated seat is such a pleasure on a cold night or early morning. The remote is easy to understand and simple to program your custom wash. We ordered one for our master bath, and loved it so much the downstairs bath is getting one too. No more stressing when there is another run on TP, lol! We've talked about it for years, and I really am wondering why we waited so long!

The bowl is lit, the warm water endless, the seat is warm, and it is very easy to install, use, and adjust. I do not use the air-drying feature often (mostly due to time), but rather dry off with a couple squares of toilet paper. I cannot recommend this enough.

Well, I’m happy to report that has not been an issue at all with the seat of the UX. I think it positions you so that it just doesn’t happen!! The seat is user friendly and can customize to two users. I did that initially but prefer operating it each time according to need/position. I love the oscillation of the jet stream and being able to control temp and pressure. The warm seat will be awesome this winter. We don’t use the night light but I can see where it would be very handy. To completely dry would take several minutes which I’ve never done. One wipe gets The water. It also has a sanitizing feature that I haven’t tried yet. Overall, I couldn’t be happier!! And our TP usage is 80% down! Installation was a breeze for my husband (I had outlets installed behind all the toilets when we built 14 yrs ago)….. never dreaming of having a bidet one day, was only for small toilet lamps / night lights. Also I price checked before buying and Bidet King had the best; arrived within a week with good communication! Highly recommend!!

First bidet and impressed with the overall quality and design. Big reduction in toilet paper. I would recommend this one to a friend who was in the market. Fit great on my Kohler Wellworth with the highline tank. My only feedback is that I wish there was a way to disable the knob light while keeping it on to reduce light that spills into the bedroom from the master bath.

Take the plunge
Taking a chance on a new model is always a gamble, but considering how much our family loves the JX, it was worth the risk. It's only been installed for 2 days now, but initial impressions are spectacular. As promised it's very low profile even compared to the JX and the performance is solid. Spray pressure feels strong and my wife likes being able to save her settings. I didn't see it in pictures before hand but the lighted side knob is a great touch. Hope it lasts as long as our JXs
