We bought the latest model, BidetKing Crown and used it for a couple months before we bought this one. Our research had narrowed us down to these 2 in terms of features included, reviews, trust in the company, and price. We are absolutely happy with both of them, and with the customer service from BidetKing. Both have a strong oscillating stream and strong dryer. The user presets are handy but I am surprised we don't use them as often as I thought. The auto 1 button setting to cycle through an oscillating wash then dry is great. Both bidets were easy to install. The water comes out hot instantly. We had a part leaking on this and BidetKing was fast to respond and sent a replacement part what worked great. Differences are slight, we like them both equally. Crown has stronger stream and this sort of turbo setting for enema-ish if you need that. Crown is slimmer and latest model. Alpha UX Pearl my husband prefers the seat and angle but they look the same to me. Pearl seems to have a stronger dryer. Read Less

Due to surgery and not having my dominant hand to use, it was suggested I buy a bidet. I ordered/received this a month ago and it has been the best thing ever! Because I wanted remote control the only ones I found had all the 'bells and whistles'. Since I knew nothing about bidets I did a lot of research and finally chose this Alpha Bidet UX Pearl. It was delivered the day before surgery and took very little time with no issues for my husband to install. Luckily I have an electrical socket next to toilet. I was thankful to have this important task ready for my post surgery needs. It seems to clean really well since I don't (can't) use tissue at all, but most would probably want to use a couple sheets only for full dryness. Maybe it's a female thing, but if sit for long or thru complete DRY cycle, it does stimulate to urinate again LOL. I love the heated water and position adjustment features. My husband absolutely loves the heated seat but doesn't really use the bidet features. Once you attach the wall mount, the remote is magnetized for easily taking on/off if needed. With my very large size, it was hard to find a sittable lid and this bidet fits the bill...very sturdy! Some of the reviews mention the beep sound when features change/turn on/off...this is no biggie because I'm in a closed room when using the toilet and what does it bother since I can barely hear it. Also some mention the length of cycles being too long, but you can stop anytime you choose with the stop button on remote. The osculating feature is nice and gives a more thorough cleaning. Of course the positioning of spout can be adjusted to hit the right spots. I have no need for the nightlight but it may come in handy at some point. I choose not to use the deodorizer. There is a 3yr warranty but I did not receive paperwork regarding this, so I need to contact manufacturer. I am completely ecstatic that I splurged on this purchase! Bidets are the best inventions, and I wholeheartedly believe a plus in cleanliness. I never want to go back to a regular toilet. I highly recommend the Alpha Bidet UX Pearl to everyone I know and to all you that are questioning a purchase. I have positive hopes that it lasts 3yrs or longer, but if it only gets me through until I can use my hand again it is well worth the purchase/cost! The seat arrived quickly and was easy to install. The mounting template allowed plenty of flexibility in the position and is holding everything steady and secure. It's comfortable to sit on and the remote is easy to operate. We like having the button on the side for quick rinsing too. The bowl light and the sounds can be disabled via key combinations. The temperature settings are quite flexible, the spray position and pressure have a wide range, and the oscillating feature really comes in handy. The only things I wasn't really impressed with were the dryer and the sanitizing feature, they didn't seem to do very much. This is a full-featured seat that competes with the top end name brand model, and it was a great price. I’ve been using the Alpha UX for over a month now and my only regret is I didn’t buy it sooner!! I researched and read reviews (watched you tube videos) for a few days, narrowed down to Toto or the Alpha UX. The endless warm water of the UX was the deciding factor. My only hesitation was not having the prewash of the toilet prior to use to decrease “splatters” sticking which is a real problem sometimes. Well, I’m happy to report that has not been an issue at all with the seat of the UX. I think it positions you so that it just doesn’t happen!! The seat is user friendly and can customize to two users. I did that initially but prefer operating it each time according to need/position. I love the oscillation of the jet stream and being able to control temp and pressure. The warm seat will be awesome this winter. We don’t use the night light but I can see where it would be very handy. To completely dry would take several minutes which I’ve never done. One wipe gets The water. It also has a sanitizing feature that I haven’t tried yet. Overall, I couldn’t be happier!! And our TP usage is 80% down! Installation was a breeze for my husband (I had outlets installed behind all the toilets when we built 14 yrs ago)….. never dreaming of having a bidet one day, was only for small toilet lamps / night lights. I got this bidet for Black Friday this year. Id been thinking about a bidet for a while now and thought I’d give it a try. After a bit of research, I found this one. I liked that it’s low profile. A lot of the bidets have such a high back that you can barely see the water tank for the toilet! Too intrusive for me. The warm water feature works well. 5 levels of temped water including, continuous warm water on demand. This means you will never run out of a warm wash. Also does cold/ambient temp water. Might need that this summer. The heated seat also works well. Too well actually. Can get VERY HOT! We don’t use it at all. The warm air/dryer feature works…. Pretty good. If you have a few minutes it might get you 80% dry or so. Takes a little while to get dry. No biggie. A little TP helps to dry off in a hurry. It has a 2 minute cycle that it runs of hot air and front & rear wash cycles. Idk if this is what Alpha Bidet recommends for cleaning times, but it works for me. Nightlight is a nightlight. You can turn it off as well. On the side of the seat. There is a knob to use the bidet if you lose your remote. It works. It is back-lit. Seat and lid drop slow. The deodorizer seems to work. It turns on when you sit down and turns off when you get up from the seat. You can also turn the deodorizer off. It makes a slight…. Fan sound? Bearly hear it, but it’s there. The other “Pure Bowl” freshener. Make a little noise when you turn it on. Not sure really what it does, but it is also included. You don’t have to turn it on if you don’t want to. When you set down. You hear a dripping sound of water. That’s the nozzle cleaning itself before and after you use the wash feature. The nozzle has three ways of cleaning. First is a direct shot at your…. Yep. The you can make it “pulse” at your…. Yep. And you can also make it “Massage” your…. Yep. I believe you have all these features with the front wash as well. You can adjust the nozzle to hit just right. This thing will CHANGE YOUR LIFE!! No BS! If you’re willing to shell out a little extra for Christmas. The Toto seat is more comfortable (totally subjective and the UX seat is still comfortable), front wash was better (reached required area without contortions with gentler spray) and dryer was better. But the Alpha is vastly superior in consistency of water spray pressure and is consistently stronger at level 2 versus full power on the C200, the oscillation feature travels much further and the 1 touch buttons (spray + oscillation and spray/oscillati... As a male, I would rate it 5 stars but my wife rates it lower due to front wash issues. I'm not sure what the difference between the Toto and Alpha dryer is but the Toto seemed more effective (this could be due to the weaker Toto spray resulting in less wet area).  Read Less
