I’ve been using the Alpha UX for over a month now and my only regret is I didn’t buy it sooner!! I researched and read reviews (watched you tube videos) for a few days, narrowed down to Toto or the Alpha UX. The endless warm water of the UX was the deciding factor. My only hesitation was not having the prewash of the toilet prior to use to decrease “splatters” sticking which is a real problem sometimes. Well, I’m happy to report that has not been an issue at all with the seat of the UX. I think it positions you so that it just doesn’t happen!! The seat is user friendly and can customize to two users. I did that initially but prefer operating it each time according to need/position. I love the oscillation of the jet stream and being able to control temp and pressure. The warm seat will be awesome this winter. We don’t use the night light but I can see where it would be very handy. To completely dry would take several minutes which I’ve never done. One wipe gets The water. It also has a sanitizing feature that I haven’t tried yet. Overall, I couldn’t be happier!! And our TP usage is 80% down! Installation was a breeze for my husband (I had outlets installed behind all the toilets when we built 14 yrs ago)….. never dreaming of having a bidet one day, was only for small toilet lamps / night lights. A friend of mine had just purchased a bidet sear and was extolling its virtues to the point that I had to investigate the utility myself. After researching the products being marketed, I selected Bidet King's Alpha UX Pearl model, which was touted as THE best affordable unit vs its competitors. BK does not exaggerate --- this baby does it all! Being handicapped, I had a friend install my bidet seat. It took him almost an hour and everything came together as intended. I was very fortunate in that the power cord JUST REACHED my wall outlet. My reaction when first sitting on it was that the seat had a very soft, yet firm, cushiony feel, and the seat was warm! It chirps when you first sit down and you can hear the reservoir filling with water it will heat. The machine's reaction to activation of the rear wash function is a slight couple second delay then a strong but comfortable stream of heated water begins. You can move the direction of the spray forward and backward --- the degree of which is indicated on the remote control (which is best mounted on a wall right next to the toilet. There is an efficient drying function. I have checked the degree of cleanliness the BK Alpha UX Pearl achieves and there is but a slight pale brown on the toilet tissue after wiping. The seat arrived quickly and was easy to install. The mounting template allowed plenty of flexibility in the position and is holding everything steady and secure. It's comfortable to sit on and the remote is easy to operate. We like having the button on the side for quick rinsing too. The bowl light and the sounds can be disabled via key combinations. I have not used a bidet seat before, but I found this one easy to get used to. The temperature settings are quite flexible, the spray position and pressure have a wide range, and the oscillating feature really comes in handy. The only things I wasn't really impressed with were the dryer and the sanitizing feature, they didn't seem to do very much. This is a full-featured seat that competes with the top end name brand model, and it was a great price. Overall, we are happy with the purchase and ended up buying a second unit. Pros: it looks good, has a lower flatter profile than most for comfortable sitting, is easy to hook up (we did ultimately get electric outlets installed), supports my hefty backside, saves a little back strain reaching around, gets it clean 95% of the time without TP, theref... Pros: it looks good, has a lower flatter profile than most for comfortable sitting, is easy to hook up (we did ultimately get electric outlets installed), supports my hefty backside, saves a little back strain reaching around, gets it clean 95% of the time without TP, therefor saves a ton of toilet paper, you just feel cleaner! Cons (minor): temperature and pressure are a little inconsistent, both of us think the spray pattern could be a smidge wider, wife would like a more powerful dryer (although this one was close to the top-rated ones in my review).  Read Less
