Buy it. You won’t regret it.
We have always been curious about bidets. We have traveled and never tried one. We decided to give this a try. We chose this model based on style, reviews, unlimited hot water and the 3 year warranty. We both like this bidet and the clean feeling that you just don’t get with paper. The only complaint is the front wash. She says it gets her all wet and isn’t really effective because of the angle. Otherwise we are very completely happy with this purchase.

Bidet Heaven
I have a more compact toilet, Kohler Santa Rosa, so this is the only washlet that really fits my toilet. Lucky for me, I love it! Easy to install, easy to use and works well. Love the heated seat, warm water, and led light. Love that it doesn't have a big panel on the toilet set, just a button that works it, and if you want more functions, the remote will do it all. Pricey, but good.

My first bidet and I love it..
I did a lot of research on bidets. The alpha UX had the best reviews and now I know why. It has a beautiful low profile. The oscillating stainless steel tube has adjustable water pressure and temperature. It cleans front and back, no need for toilet paper except to dab dry. The blow dryer works ok but does not dry completely. The remote is easy to operate. I will probably be buying another AlphaUX for my other bathroom.

Love it!
I did a lot of research before choosing the Alpha Pearl and I am very happy with my decision. It is easy to install, aesthetically pleasing, low profile and streamlined, powerful spray and heater, quiet in operation, customizable, and the remote is intuitive. In my opinion, this bidet is truly the best of the best. Not only is the price offered by Bidet King the lowest of any I have found, but they were happy to answer any questions I had before I made my purchase. I highly recommend the Alpha Pearl!

This is life changing! I love it. The alpha UX pearl is worth every penny! Very easy to install, and I love the magnetic remote control. Perfection! Heated seat! Warm water! You'll love it.

Found a Pearl
The Alpha UX Pearl checked all the boxes for my Guest Bath! Very Full-featured but easy to use, also a sitable lid. Variability of temperature and pressure controls is quite satisfactory. The Eco Mode is what I set unless I have company. The day/night toilet bowl light is a nice feature. I have a BB-2000 in the Master Bath because of its unique high pressure features, but selected the Alpha Pearl for the Guest Bath because of its full-featured simplicity. I highly recommend both.

Extremely Pleased
As many have said, having a bidet is something that you can 't truly appreciate until you actually have one. This is my fist bidet/seat and I figured if I was going to take the plunge (not literally!), it made sense to get one of the best, and the Alpha UX Pearl is that indeed. This is my fist bidet/seat and I figured if I was going to take the plunge (not literally!), it made sense to get one of the best, and the Alpha UX Pearl is that indeed. The price was relatively reasonable (on sale and with a coupon) and shipping was fast and free. Installation instructions were good and the process went smoothly. It fit my toilet perfectly using the template and then making a slight adjustment after I completed the installation. It looks quite sleek. I saw a commenter was not pleased with how the water supply line to the seat hangs too loosely from the t-valve. As can be seen from one of my pictures below, I solved that by wrapping the line to seat around the supply line from the wall to the tank. The remote is definitely a plus and easy to use. The warm water and heated air dryer speak for themselves! All in all, I would highly recommend this product.

Great Bidet
Bought this to replace a non-electeic bidet that had started to leak. Amazing upgrade! The user save feature is really nice when more than one person uses it. I enjoy the heated seat way more than I expected to and it's nice having instant hot water for a wash. Having to buy for a round toilet made the opening on the small side, but there's still plenty of room even being male. About the only downside is not being able to use bathroom cleaners on it and having to use water and vinegar.

The seat arrived quickly and was easy to install. The mounting template allowed plenty of flexibility in the position and is holding everything steady and secure. It's comfortable to sit on and the remote is easy to operate. We like having the button on the side for quick rinsing too. The bowl light and the sounds can be disabled via key combinations. I have not used a bidet seat before, but I found this one easy to get used to. The temperature settings are quite flexible, the spray position and pressure have a wide range, and the oscillating feature really comes in handy. The only things I wasn't really impressed with were the dryer and the sanitizing feature, they didn't seem to do very much. This is a full-featured seat that competes with the top end name brand model, and it was a great price. This company even let me stack a new customer coupon on top of the sale and free shipping.

Cons (minor): temperature and pressure are a little inconsistent, both of us think the spray pattern could be a smidge wider, wife would like a more powerful dryer (although this one was close to the top-rated ones in my review).
