This is a cheap product that is made from cheap plastic. Leaked as soon as it was hooked up, dial for desired spray didn't work and spray nozzle wouldn't come down and spray at all. I immediately removed and boxed back up for return. If it leaks now what happens when nobody's home and it decides to start leaking? Bathroom full of water. I'll be buying a better brand for sure!!

It leaks from the nozzle and the cold water line. I've tried everything I can think of to fix it but I think it's a deal inside. Also the nozzle shoots water in all the wrong spots and is not adjustable.

I’ve used several different bidets, and finally decided to get my own and buy this one. As everyone else is stating, the instructions aren’t the best, and one of the adapters it comes with doesn’t even fit my pipes. I had to go to the store and buy a different fitting to fit the hoses. The female setting is completely off mark. And I love good water pressure, but if you don’t get lined up correctly, which I’ve already stated is difficult, be prepared for water to go everywhere. It doesn’t make it easy for you to turn down the pressure. And what’s that first setting? It just runs the water? The water doesn’t touch you at all in that setting.
