It functions, but doesn't do the job well at all

This is the second brand of cold water bidet that I have installed in my home. As my previous one consisted of entirely plastic hardware, I was looking forward to the fact that this one had a metal T-valve adapter, and a steel braided hose to attach to the bidet, as these should prove to be a lot more durable long-term.

The installation process itself went smoothly, as expected, although I will say that it does show the one weakness of using a steel braided hose: you can't trim it to a custom length, so I have a lot of excess hose flopping around.
The self-cleaning feature is nice, and is not a feature I had before with my other unit, and that part appears to work just fine.
Beyond that, though, the bidet sprays are just...completely wrong angles.
The "posterior" spray comes up at such a steep angle, it's basically impossible to use it without ending up completely soaking the back side of the toilet seat, and often the floor.
The "feminine" spray doesn't come anywhere close to getting near the front of the toilet seat where that water needs to go.
I actually found that I had better luck using the feminine spray on my posterior. Of course, that means that the fact that this model has two sprays is effectively useless.
It's worth pointing out that this is not an instance of "user error." I've used my other brand of bidet attachment for over 6 years now, so I'm well versed in how to use a bidet attachment effectively, and on my old one, I can get clean without making a complete wet mess of the toilet seat and surrounding area.

Can’t control temperature

This bidet works for the bum but the feminine wash does not quite reach the feminine area! The temperature control only gave me hot water. And the water at my house gets quite hot. I switched the hot and cold lines to only get cold water but it defeats the purpose of purchasing a warm water bidet. In the future I will opt for the cold water only model
