Great purchase
Easy to install. Works great. Reduced the use of TP vastly. Would definitely recommend this unit.
Great quality at a great price
In use every day. Works great.
Fantastic!! Never going without a bidet again.
I installed this and had relatively low expectations for a seat mounted bidet. I will say I was very surprised with the quality of the build and how well it works. I have used many different styles of bidet, and this is a great option for an apartment or rental.
Excellent product!
The best thing about this bidet is that it comes with all the accessories needed for the installation. The hot/cold cold controls are great. I do wish that the self cleaning nozzle had bit higher pressure. Also be careful how much you use the tape on threading you will run out quickly if too generous. Overall excellent product!
Great buy
It works great no problems
a game changer! A must have!
until everyone began hording toilet paper because of COVID-19 in early 2020, I never would've thought of using a product like this. until everyone began hording toilet paper because of COVID-19 in early 2020, I never would've thought of using a product like this. Of course, now that it's installed, I can't imagine going back to the "old ways"!! I don't have any previous experience with this kind of product, but I can definitely recommend this model because it self-cleans, you can adjust the pressure and especially because you can ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE. The fact that it also self cleans and has two sprays makes it even better. Installation was easy, and simple. The directions were exact and easy to read and follow. All parts are high quality and I like that product is shipped with protective caps over the threads of the connectors to protect from damage and also from losing parts. The hot water line is more than long enough so you can trim it to length, and all parts appear to be made from high grade materials. The joints all fit perfectly and with a bit of plumbing tape (included with the kit) there were no leaks or drips. You can't really put a price on comfort, but in savings of TP alone this will no doubt pay for itself in just a few months. Highly recommended!!
Easy to set up
Great product, it does a good job cleaning with great water pressure.
Clean!
We barely installed this 2 days ago. It did not take 15 minutes to install, it was more like 45 minutes-1 hour. My hubby isn’t a plumber but was able to install this without major problems. Our bathroom is small so we didn’t have any problems connecting the hot water from under the sink. I agree with others, the hot water you get depends on your sink; if it takes a while to warm up, so will the bidets water. What’s a little perplexing is that it does not use any electricity. So how the nozzle comes in and out is puzzling but we’ll see how long this affordable bidet lasts. So far, it functions just fine and I’m very very happy.
Great bidet seat
After years of using cleansing wipes I moved to an older house that just would not tolerate them for the plumbing/septic. So I started looking seriously into a bidet seat. This ended up being exactly what I was looking for! It was very easy to install, even for someone with little handywork experience. It does have to be hooked to your hot water line. If you have a traditional hot water heater, you also have to prime the hot water a little by running the sink for a minute, much as you would i...
If you have a traditional hot water heater, you also have to prime the hot water a little by running the sink for a minute, much as you would if you are washing your hands or running the shower. I initially had a little bit of a leak, but realized it had to be something not tightened enough. I checked everything over and tightened it all down again, and it works great. Plenty of range for water temp and strength of flow. I did buy seat bumpers because the shape and height of the toilet seat shifted all the weight to where the hinges were taking the strain. They were about $10 at Lowes and it sits correctly now with no strain on the seat. After consulting a Japanese friend, I put a basket of plain baby wash clothes (chosen for softness and size) on the back of the toilet for drying and it's been a wonderful set-up so far. I have decreased my use of toilet paper by quite a lot, and more importantly I don't use wet wipes to feel clean and fresh anymore.
Annoying nozzle hub
I have also the Toto bidet which cost 3 times more. I wanted hot and cold water because here in Canada, in winter, cold water is arround 40-42F. What annoy me most with this product is the protective nozzle hub (and the nozzle) which take too much space and go behong the bidet seat rear opening which is very annoying. A design with the nozzle and hub at angle would resolve the issue.
