We couldn't buy toilet paper for three weeks at the start of the pandemic and were quite irritated so we bought this bidet. It was very easy to install and works perfectly. The only issue we had is that our brand new toilet seat wouldn't work with it because it was contoured in the back and it didn't fit. We had to buy a new toilet seat without the contouring. It is really powerful and the aim is true. I thought having cold water dousing my nethers would be shocking and the first time it is, but then you start to like it. I don't feel the need to buy a heated unit and we have super cold well water and are in Maine. My biggest issue is that sometimes I move my legs and it flips it on and I have sprayed myself, the wall, and the cat. I keep my right leg in check now. Read Less
