Purchased in June, loved it and had no issues until I removed/reinstalled to deep clean in Oct. Unit started leaking at hose to bidet connection. I contacted the manufacturer who promptly replaced the entire product. I sent photos of leak location and Amazon order info. Pleasant to work with and very responsive. Hopeful the replacement lasts. Good product for the price.

Easy to install and works great!!

I got this bidet for about $23. Even at full price, it's a steal! Quick and easy to install, zero electricity needed. The strength of the spray can be adjusted, which is nice. There's a setting for washing your "front" and "back". Perfect for what I needed.

This was an easy install; I wish I had trusted myself to purchase and install it sooner. Water pressure is perfect.

Many of these $25 to $35 bidet attachments all work great. This one is no different. Easily installed, looks great, works great. Best part about this particular bidet compared to most others is that it has a thin white plastic water tube rather then the tradition flexible and larger metal water supply line which in my opinion looks terrible against a nice look white toilet and floor. This was definitely the winner, visually!

amazing product that just works with no hassles. amazingly easy to install and great customer service. if you happen to have plumbing that's incompatible with the adapter that comes with the kit, just contact customer support and they'll send a compatible one instantly. great product and great experience all around. now i'm ready if there's another run on toilet paper!

Barely lasted 3 months before it broke and water just keeps running no matter what button I press. I'd avoid and look for a better product. EDIT: The manufacturer contacted me immediately after leaving my initial 1 star review and offered me a replacement at no cost to me. I can always appreciate and respect a company that’s willing to do right by their customers.

I really liked this bidet, but it starting leaking from the plastic tube after 7 months. However, the customer service was excellent and they sent me a replacement.

This was easy to install. The instructions and diagrams are very clear. There is no leakage. Waterflow is adjustable from light to powerful so your own preference can be set. It is perfectly aimed too. Good value for money. We couldn't be more pleased with the purchase.
