Spray pressure too low to clean.
After ensuring that the inlet water was fully opened and the bidet’s spray pressure turned up, it was inadequate for good or thorough cleaning, so I’m returning it. I’m also not fond of having to press plates to activate it.

Easy to install: high-quality stainless steel construction for T-joint (not cheap plastic), comes with plumbers tape. Nozzle easily detaches for cleaning. Make sure to start on the lowest setting, this thing is powerful! Truly awesome, especially for the price!

This is the first bidet attachment I have ever used and after using it I have installed 2 more for family who likewise see it's benefit. The controls are straightforward and installation was fine. It comes with the necessary hardware even including an amount of Teflon plumbers tape which I appreciated. I just used the tape on the metal threads on the hose connections but I didn't feel it necessary for the toilet cold water line adapter. All in all it's a better way go and a nice upgrade for little cost. In the United States bidets are non-existent, but it's one of those things that once you use it you wonder why you haven't before.

It was pretty easy to install, except I put the included washer in the wrong place and couldn't get it out, so had to get another at the hardware store. The washer should go into the top of the t-shaped adaptor where it enters the tank. It would have been helpful if the diagram in the instructions showed the washer placement. But that's my only complaint. I was concerned that my water pressure wouldn't be strong enough, but it works fine. I was also worried that the cold water would feel awful, but as you only run it for a few seconds, it's no problem at all. I have IBD so sometimes go through a lot of TP. And the brand I've been using for years just cut 24 sheets off their mega roll. So now I let water do most of the work, and just use a bit of TP for drying. Plus I'm saving trees. It is very easy to use, you choose whether you want a rear wash or one for us women. Plus there is a self cleaning feature that sprays water on the outside on the 2 little nozzles. I also really appreciate that it's easy to remove when you want to clean the bowl.
