This bidet works like a dream, but the customer service is even better. A couple of months after purchasing this bidet, the nozzle started leaking and there was an issue with low water pressure. I reached out to customer service and the representative, Aimee, was quick to respond and sent me a new bidet immediately. She even followed up after I received the new bidet to see if everything worked properly. I am really happy with my purchase and the customer service I received. I thought this would bother me more than it actually does. I prefer the feeling of cleanliness, even if it means freezing my bits in the winter. Anyways, after my trip I bought 2 of these things for each of my toilets, and everyone that comes to my house finds it strange at first but grows fond of it by the time they leave. It was not hard to install at all. I'm a young woman who knows nothing about DIY home improvement so I was pretty proud of myself. The product itself is good quality metal. You can adjust the overall pressure of the water on the toilet, and from there you can adjust the water pressure further using the handle on the sprayer.

Easy to install (woman alone) with clear illustrated instructions. Worked well immediately, so well that I bought a second unit for my guest bathroom and told my friends it was a lasting souvenir of my trip to Tanzania (where I experienced bidet showers everywhere including in safari bathrooms). When the flow slowed I followed the instructions and emailed customer support and their instructions (including a video) were all I needed to recover the flow. They are there for me under an incredible THREE YEAR warranty! What other vendor gives you so much?
