I Love it but...
I love my warm-water bidet. I have IBS-D and it has changed my life. Sturdy and easy to install and use. That being said... The warm-water "sweet spot" is hard to find and when the setting is too hot... the hose and sprayer ARE HOTTER! I have burned my hand and thigh trying to adjust the temperature. Suggestion: Please coat the hose and nozzle in rubber! Metal is sturdy but it is also heat conductive.

I thought this would bother me more than it actually does. I prefer the feeling of cleanliness, even if it means freezing my bits in the winter. Anyways, after my trip I bought 2 of these things for each of my toilets, and everyone that comes to my house finds it strange at first but grows fond of it by the time they leave. It was not hard to install at all. I'm a young woman who knows nothing about DIY home improvement so I was pretty proud of myself. The product itself is good quality metal. You can adjust the overall pressure of the water on the toilet, and from there you can adjust the water pressure further using the handle on the sprayer.

I actually had to order this twice. The first time, I got a message saying the driver couldn't access my single story no gate or animals door. I had to cancel that order, and reorder. My husband installed it, rather quickly and i haven't had any issues with it. I was concerned about the cold water, and that isnt as bad as I thought it would be. I like it, and its not as pricey as the hot/cold water bidet with all the fancy functions. I just want to be clean.

I have been using this now for several weeks, and do not have any issues. Everything was easy to install, and the packaging was great. The parts are well made, and the box included extra screws and rubber washers for just in case, but I didn't even need them. The point being, it was thought-out, so highly appreciated. The only thing to contemplate if I were to do it over again would be something to warm up the water temperature, but that wasn't on my mind when I purchased this item. It was only after using it a few times that I thought about that. The product itself is excellent.

High quality, low cost
Made of good quality metal, has some weight to it. Affordable and easy to install. My girlfriend is from the Philippines and this is what they use over there, she was happy with the quality and it's spray functions. (To us north Americans that aren't used to these things, there is a bit of a learning curve to the spray mechanism, don't press down too hard or you'll get a surprise pressure washer level of spray in a place you don't want.) Also, unfortunately most places don't offer warm water valves on toilets. It's cold!

Definitely a necessity at the house
I’ve always wanted a bidet and it works super well! The spray quality isn’t really bad, but sometimes the temperature is like chilling cold. Not sure how to adjust it, if ever… cause having cold water against that in the winter times wasn’t great at all. Literally a wake up call whenever from how cold it can get. It’s comfortable in reach and clean in it’s looks.
