Easy to install (woman alone) with clear illustrated instructions. Worked well immediately, so well that I bought a second unit for my guest bathroom and told my friends it was a lasting souvenir of my trip to Tanzania (where I experienced bidet showers everywhere including in safari bathrooms). When the flow slowed I followed the instructions and emailed customer support and their instructions (including a video) were all I needed to recover the flow. I thought this would bother me more than it actually does. I prefer the feeling of cleanliness, even if it means freezing my bits in the winter. Anyways, after my trip I bought 2 of these things for each of my toilets, and everyone that comes to my house finds it strange at first but grows fond of it by the time they leave. It was not hard to install at all. I'm a young woman who knows nothing about DIY home improvement so I was pretty proud of myself. The product itself is good quality metal. You can adjust the overall pressure of the water on the toilet, and from there you can adjust the water pressure further using the handle on the sprayer.
