The bidet is well made except that the T connector was leaking. Combined it with another T adaptor advertised as a "no leak connector" that I ordered separately, the water leaks didn't go away. It's a shame that the product couldn't be used as intended. Possibly, requires professional installation due to type of toilet used in my rented apartment. This bidet only works with one direct connection to the toilet tank that use cold water. Regretfully, returned and promptly refunded.
