Good Quality and Easy to install
Very nice product and very easy to install. Good quality product. 👍👍👍
Great purchase
I loved this purchase. It was super easy to install. My boyfriend took about 30 minutes and bought one for himself after. Great value for the money you would spend.
Easy to install! High quality , Great price!
With the toilet paper shortage . I refuse to pay $100 for a pack on EBay. I decided to invest in this.. so happy I did!! Can’t believe I’ve gone my whole life without one.. my husband had it installed in 30 minutes, he’s a plumber, so it was easy for him. I’m sure a novice would not have a hard time with it. It Leaves you feeling fresh and clean after every use.. it’s durable , compact lightweight and so easy to use! Even makes cleaning the toilet so much easier! I may never buy toilet paper again!! Worth the price! Has paid for itself already!
Works as well as can be expected
A lot of other bidet sprays seem to require you to chose between the cistern and the bidet spray requiring constant interaction with the valve. This bidet does not have that issue as it can supply both at the same time. Fully self contained for straight forward installation. Bought two - very happy with it so far.
Great buy,
Great buy. Easy to install. Make sure you use the right washer on the right end of the hose because they come Two or three washers. Strong, I’ve been using for over a year no issues
Low quality washers causing leaks
I purchased 4 of these for my home. Well packaged and premium looking product. Looked solid and polished. Easy to follow instructions and easy to install in 10 mins. I have had them installed for about 5 months and one of them developed a leak. I switched the water valve off for the sprayer and the leak continued. I tightened all the joints and the drip leaks continued. Today i shut the water off and disassembled the unit and found the washers that came with the unit had disintegrated in less than 6 months and were not made of the premium material i would have expected. After replacing the washer and reassembly no more leaks. I now worry about the other 3 units developing a leak.
Don't Do It! Leaked Everywhere!
I'm not a newbie to installing something like, I've installed faucets, toilets, etc. The installation of this is pretty straightforward but part of the instructions for the bracket are lacking. Mine appeared to be one that was returned by someone else. When I installed this, using the plumber's tape included and the washers, it leaked from the T-valve, had to keep fiddling around with the nuts (hand tightening because you don't want to break anything) to try and get it to stop. Second test, turn...
Second test, turn the water on and then flipped the t-connector valve to the hand spray and the thing started leaking from the hand spray nozzle. Yes, the washer was seated correctly, yes it was firmly tightened and seated. While this idea is a good one in theory, I found this particular device to be subpar. Additionally, the T-valve is going to be located UNDER your tank, VERY awkward to get to turn on the water, depending on the style of toilet that one may have. Some of the other reviews mentioned that it was prone to leaking, for the price I thought I'd give it a try, but NAH--BELIEVE THEM. NOT worth the headache to worry about coming home and finding a flood in the bathroom. Item returned and awaiting another model that attaches directly to the toilet seat. I've lived in countries with bidets, it's a fabulous hygienic practice, but THIS device is NOT the way to do it. For the price, I expected a much better quality, my $12 garden hose doesn't leak like this.
Powerful hose
I don't know how this thing would work with my toilet water line because whomever built my house is a genius. I mean they actually put a water valve in front of the pipe where the diverter needs to be attached. So I have to by a small diverter doe the bathroom sink. The hose however is being used in my kitchen connected to a smaller diverter. The hose is way too powerful for washing pots and pans. Water gets everywhere. I never used it for toilet due to it not fitting so it is sanitary.
