Easy install follow the directions you will be fine. Fear naturally was that the water would be to cold surprisingly it is comfortable. The bidets material seems sturdy and fit well on our toilet. First time user and am very satisfied thus far. If you have been contemplating on buying one for a while as I was just do it you won't be disappointed. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I have nothing else to compare to. Overall buy this in the end you will be happy.
