We own a number of this company's Alpha Bidet branded products and love them (especially the UXT toilet). We saw that they launched the Crown under the Bidet King name and so we jumped at the opportunity to put it in our 2nd home. Some key differences we've found: 1) The spray pressure is way stronger on the Crown. It's almost too strong at the max setting but the cleansing is very effective. 2) The remote control is different. I like that it has lights so we can use it in the dark but I'm still deciding if I like the layout as much as the Alphas. 3) Nightlight - very cool that we can change the color. Quality wise it seems about the same as the Alphas (very good) but time will tell. So far it seems like another winner. Read Less

This is an excellent bidet seat, with quick and easy installation, and great customer support from BidetKing. After living for decades in Asia, I really missed the bidet heated toilet seats we always had there. This BidetKing Crown model is great. It was quick and easy to install using a screwdriver and a wrench. I especially like the thin profile compared to some other bidet seats. The remote control is easy to use and its backlight makes it usable without turning on a room light (though you may need to hold your hand up to the remote to reflect the backlight to see a bit better). The color-adjustable night light is cool. I turned it on for a few nights, but then decided not to use it. Initially I had two issues with this product, both of which were quickly resolved: 1) One mounting plate had a problem, maybe damaged during shipping. The seat could still be installed temporarily, but needed a replacement part. I contacted BidetKing and they sent the replacement part super fast at no charge - that's excellent customer service. 2) After installation, I noticed a small amount of water on the floor that was slowly leaking from the water supply connection. I was able to correct this immediately by adding in an additional washer to allow the connection to be tighter. That type of rubber washer is super cheap and I had a spare on hand, but I recommend the seller include an additional washer for use in installations like mine where the water supply could NOT be tightened to stop the leak without adding a 2nd washer. Just bought and was going to return due to a remote so bad in design. the sell is backlit remote so you can use in dark - except when lit all you see are circles without any visible identifying symbols or writing. They are not clear in daylight either. UPDATE: Customer support was prompt and offered me a new model backlit remote that will supposedly fix the issues when it is released sometime around May made by a different remote manufacturer. UPDATE: Customer support was prompt and offered me a new model backlit remote that will supposedly fix the issues when it is released sometime around May made by a different remote manufacturer. If you order now, reach out to customer support to get the new remote free when it is available. There were not many models with remotes that had multi-user presets, and most were even more expensive. I did find another make/model which uses a smartphone and had endless preset abilities.
