Lovely!
Easy to install and use! Not sure about the longevity of the toilet but the seat warmer, dryer and spray nozzle all work perfectly! And it was half the price of the “hello tushy” one. My butt is thoroughly enjoying this toilet!

Had to make a plug for it
My husband had to install a plug next to the toilet for this but after that the installation was pretty smooth. The functions are great and it only works when someone is sitting on it which is fantastic when you have kids. The dry function kinda is not strong enough but its doable. The child function is for a bigger child not a toddler if your wondering.Everything else us working great so far.

Great product with awesome features. High quality bidet that is extremely useful. Love the custom adjustments that can be made and the dryer works wonderfully. I would highly recommend this as a high end product with seat heater and easy buttons and features to use

Almost 3 years and still going strong
I bought the BidetMate 1000R (with the remote) back in 2020. It was fairly easy to install (even for people like me who are timid of plumbing) and has worked great. Saves a lot of money on toilet paper and personal wipes. This particular model has a lot of nice features like heated water, heated seat and air dry. Saves a lot of money on toilet paper and personal wipes. This particular model has a lot of nice features like heated water, heated seat and air dry. And the settings for position/temperature/water force etc. are simple to adjust to your personal preference. When I recently moved to a new home, I took my BidetMate with me. But unfortunately the water supply line somehow got damaged in the move, and would not form a leak-free seal any more. I contacted the company to ask about a replacement. They covered it under their generous 3-year warranty, and sent me a new one. So I was "back in the saddle" in no time. Bidets are still not so common in the U.S., but once you've used one, you will see why they are so popular in other countries. But I think the U.S. is starting to catch on. TLDR - great product, great company support. 5 stars!

Works mostly as advertised... The dryer leaves something to be desired since you have to angle yourself on the seat to get it to hit the right area to dry... Other than that great design! Easy to install... quality seems great.

We bought this during the winter, and the heated seat and warm water is fantastic. My main disappointment is that the drier function isn't strong enough. It kind of defeats the purpose of reducing paper if you still need some to dry off.

You do not have to sit on a cold toilet seat anymore. Don't worry about the cold water wash too; this has always a warm wash and warm air dryer after that, if you need. You do not have to sit on a cold toilet seat anymore. Don't worry about the cold water wash too; this has always a warm wash and warm air dryer after that, if you need. This has just wash, feminine Bidet wash, power wash and the child wash with low pressure kids friendly gentle wash. There are many user adjustable features. You can adjust the nozzle positions, adjust the seat and water temperature, etc. The Bidet is well made of durable materials. Installation is very simple. I will take only 15 minutes for a pro, maybe 30 minutes for a DIY. The only tool you need is a Phillips #2 screwdriver. All the water connections are hand tight only needed. Overall, a very nice and enjoyable bathroom experience with the new bidet.
