Game changer
I love everything about this bidet... I love the heated water and the heated seat. The ease of installation was fairly good, my husband stated that the instructions were a little confusing but we were able to figure it out. I still haven't figured out how to turn on the night light but that's not a huge deal for us. I really like that you can adjust the temperature and the spray settings and everything is so customizable. Great product!

Easy to install and use! Not sure about the longevity of the toilet but the seat warmer, dryer and spray nozzle all work perfectly! And it was half the price of the “hello tushy” one. My butt is thoroughly enjoying this toilet!

Great product with awesome features. High quality bidet that is extremely useful. Love the custom adjustments that can be made and the dryer works wonderfully. I would highly recommend this as a high end product with seat heater and easy buttons and features to use

The heated seat is wonderful! The bidet and water pressure are great! I wish this had a women wash function as well, that is why I only gave it a 4 star! It is the best purchase I have made all year!

Easy to install and has great to use. Enough feature to choose from but not too many. The seat warmer is great in the middle of the night. I loved the first one so much I bought 2 more for my other bathrooms.

Electrical Hotspot Issue and OK Customer Service
In full transparency I loved my Bidetmate and prior to the electrical wiring malfunction I would have highlighted recommended. Unfortunately, the unit I purchased developed electrical hotspots on the seats (from the awesome heating feature). This was a malfunction and not supposed to happen. I was reached out and requested a remediation, with photo and video evidence. I would have absolutely purchased another one if there was any accountability or concern for the presenting safety issue. However...

I was reached out and requested a remediation, with photo and video evidence. I would have absolutely purchased another one if there was any accountability or concern for the presenting safety issue. However, after weeks of emailing and documentation they said it was just “dirty,” and I’d have to mail the whole system back for them to professionally clean. 🤣 respectfully I know the difference between an electrical hot spot and dirt, and more importantly I have regular and professional deep cleaning of my entire home… the spot has been there for about a year, and aside from being aesthetically displeasing, the spot actually overheats. Not a pleasant experience. So, unfortunately no more bidetmate for me!

Saves a lot of money on toilet paper and personal wipes. This particular model has a lot of nice features like heated water, heated seat and air dry. And the settings for position/temperature/water force etc. are simple to adjust to your personal preference. When I recently moved to a new home, I took my BidetMate with me. But unfortunately the water supply line somehow got damaged in the move, and would not form a leak-free seal any more. I contacted the company to ask about a replacement. They covered it under their generous 3-year warranty, and sent me a new one. So I was "back in the saddle" in no time. Bidets are still not so common in the U.S., but once you've used one, you will see why they are so popular in other countries. But I think the U.S. is starting to catch on. TLDR - great product, great company support. 5 stars!
