Game changer
I love everything about this bidet... I love the heated water and the heated seat. The ease of installation was fairly good, my husband stated that the instructions were a little confusing but we were able to figure it out. I still haven't figured out how to turn on the night light but that's not a huge deal for us. I really like that you can adjust the temperature and the spray settings and everything is so customizable. Great product!

I love everything about this bidet! Easy to install. Bidets are still rare in the U.S., but once you've used one, you will see why they are so popular in other countries. The U.S. is starting to catch on. I like that you can adjust the temperature and spray settings. Everything is so customizable. Saves a lot of money on toilet paper and personal wipes. The unit is just as described and works as promised. The seller delivered it quickly, and the packaging was excellent. Great product!

And the settings for position/temperature/water force etc. are simple to adjust to your personal preference. When I recently moved to a new home, I took my BidetMate with me. But unfortunately the water supply line somehow got damaged in the move, and would not form a leak-free seal any more. I contacted the company to ask about a replacement. They covered it under their generous 3-year warranty, and sent me a new one. So I was "back in the saddle" in no time. Bidets are still not so common in the U.S., but once you've used one, you will see why they are so popular in other countries. But I think the U.S. is starting to catch on. TLDR - great product, great company support. 5 stars!

We purchased this in 2020 during the tp shortage due to COVID. It has work flawlessly. In the winter months it's great to sit on a warm seat as well as having a warm water wash. No complaints!...

We bought this during the winter, and the heated seat and warm water is fantastic. My main disappointment is that the drier function isn't strong enough. It kind of defeats the purpose of reducing paper if you still need some to dry off.

I definitely recommend this product my behind was never this happy and clean. Once you try it you don't want to go back to the old ways. The warm water and warm seat is quite amazing during cold days. All the features works great the seat looks luxurious, very easy to use use and install.
