I love everything about this bidet! Easy to install. Bidets are still rare in the U.S., but once you've used one, you will see why they are so popular in other countries. The U.S. is starting to catch on. I like that you can adjust the temperature and spray settings. Everything is so customizable. Saves a lot of money on toilet paper and personal wipes. The unit is just as described and works as promised. The seller delivered it quickly, and the packaging was excellent. Great product!

Almost 3 years and still going strong
I bought the BidetMate 1000R (with the remote) back in 2020. It was fairly easy to install (even for people like me who are timid of plumbing) and has worked great. Saves a lot of money on toilet paper and personal wipes. This particular model has a lot of nice features like heated water, heated seat and air dry. And the settings for position/temperature/water force etc. are simple to adjust to your personal preference. When I recently moved to a new home, I took my BidetMate with me. But unfortunately the water supply line somehow got damaged in the move, and would not form a leak-free seal any more. I contacted the company to ask about a replacement. They covered it under their generous 3-year warranty, and sent me a new one. So I was "back in the saddle" in no time. Bidets are still not so common in the U.S., but once you've used one, you will see why they are so popular in other countries. But I think the U.S. is starting to catch on. TLDR - great product, great company support. 5 stars!

Comfort and style
Very bulky, takes your elongated seat to a small seat. Problematic if you’re a large person or overly blessed. It’s got a slight slope forward. Looks like a handicap seat. Pressure at its highest not strong enough. I have a cheap one and it does a better job cleaning. If that stuff doesn’t bother you then not a bad seat, lots of other nice features. I’m not sure it’s worth the price.

There are enough settings to pretty much configure it for the experience you want, except for the point mentioned above. Winter is coming and I know I will appreciate the heated seat. It is a bit too warm on the highest setting, but it can be turned down to a quite comfortable level. The heated water is nice, and also configurable, although you do get a quick splash of cool water at first. I know the bidet is a hit because that has become the preferred bathroom. We do have an outlet behind the toilet, as the bathroom was built with the plan of installing a bidet. Power is a must. The instructions are digital and way too small to read on a phone. A tablet or computer is absolutely necessary. However, the install was quite easy. For the price point, this was a good purchase. (If there was one thing I wish this bidet had, it would be a nightlight.) I would buy another one if we could just get the squealing to stop.

Bad: the heated dryer feature takes a long 6-9 seconds to turn on and nearly a minute to dry you off. Which feels like a very long time. This really sucks considering I wanted this so I would not need toiletpaper. The fan won't engage until the sprayer fully retracts which it is quite slow as well.Good: the seat can stay perfectly warm all the time. The water stays heated and has nice options for pressure. Feels great and cleans well.
