We purchased the BioBidet BB-1000 in March 2020, as toilet paper shortages were making the news. Having travelled to Japan previously, we'd had exposure to various hotel units and toyed with the idea of getting a bidet before. The threat of no TP proved just the inspiration we needed to buy. We're grateful we did! This model is excellent, especially for the price. We decided to splurge on a not-low-end model, because we both wanted features like heated water. The BioBidet 1000 has a limited tank-style heater, and so has about 30 seconds worth of heated water. I find this enough time to do what I need, and if I use more water, it is a gradual change and not uncomfortable. It is possible to control water temp, too, in case you don't want warm water. There are other models with unlimited heated water (look for "endless warm water"), if that is most important to you. I have seen bidets that do not heat water at all, and that is why we are spoiled. We will likely get an additional bidet in the future for our other bathroom, and heated water will be a must. I really like having a remote, so I don't have to crane around to see the controls. It is easy to adjust the nozzle position to get good coverage while washing. As a female, I have found the position for feminine wash is further back than I would naturally sit, so I have modified how I sit when ready to wash. This has not diminished my appreciation of the bidet Also, the ability to change the water pressure is nice. Sometimes gentle is what you need, and sometimes more forceful. Installation was fairly easy, speaking as a non-plumber. It will likely involve tools not included in the packaging. If you have ever installed a new flush mechanism in a toilet, I can say that it is easier and less time consuming than that. It does, as a heads up, involve draining the toilet tank entirely, and in our case, cutting PVC and a new coupling. The included instructions were helpful, as were YouTube videos. Our household has loved having a bidet and had a great experience purchasing from BidetKing. It arrived when promised in sturdy packaging. If you are on the fence about bidets, know that I was too. This seat is everything you expect. It's got 3 different washes (posterior, feminine, enema) and 3 options (regular stream, pulsating, oscillating). I replaced an existing toilet seat and had no issues, the whole process took only about 20 minutes (remember, I am NOT a plumber and have never done anything like this before). I replaced an existing toilet seat and had no issues, the whole process took only about 20 minutes (remember, I am NOT a plumber and have never done anything like this before). Having previously purchased a cheap model from some off the truck company, I was hesitant about trying one again. However, I noticed an immediate difference as soon as the box was opened. I was afraid that the seat would look like a grandpa’s seat in person but it’s got a rather sleek design. The workmanship on this seems to be smooth. I am aware that an appliance such as this experiences great stress from daily use but so far I have no issues with it and I am pleased with the outcome. I believe anyone looking for a good boost in their hygiene will find satisfaction in this product.  Read Less

This is our second BB-1000. Easy to install and use. I got one for myself (Liked it) and after a while I got the wife to try it. She was skeptical, but about a month later she asked for one. Her opinion: Liked it a lot, however, only semi-pleased with the FemWash function. My only problem with installing the second seat was the 3/8 adapter for the existing angle stop. This is our second BB-1000. Easy to install and use. I got one for myself (Liked it) and after a while I got the wife to try it. She was skeptical, but about a month later she asked for one. Her opinion: Liked it a lot, however, only semi-pleased with the FemWash function. My only problem with installing the second seat was the 3/8 adapter for the existing angle stop. After several tries, I found that the washer was defective. Rather than trying to find a replacement washer, I just replaced the angle stop with a standard 1/2 inch outlet. Success! Eliminating the 3/8 adapter was the key. 1/2 inch angle stop $10 at Home Depot. Overall, very pleased with the quality and price. I strongly recommend getting the Ion Filter especially if you have hard water. Just a heads up for new users: the IR remote doesn't work well if it is installed on the left side of the toilet (left side if you are seated). That is because the IR receiver on the seat is on the right side of the seat. Install the remote on the right side if you can.  Read Less
