This was easy to install on our existing toilet and works like a charm. I think the remote is the best feature that enables you to place it where you want it versus the models that have the control panel attached to the seat. Those would be awkward to see and use versus the remote which can be placed more conveniently. My only suggestion would be adding a nightlight feature to the seat. 

Great product. The only thing missing is a night light. In my opinion that would make this product perfect. 

I purchased this seat to replace one that broke from a different manufacturer. I was hesitant to buy this when some of the reviews said the product was not sturdy. I found the product to be quite the opposite. My prior seat was far less sturdy. This seat has some nice energy-saving features I did not have before, and it works like a charm. The only reason I gave it four stars and not five is my prior seat had a nighttime illumination feature that I found very useful and this seat does not, however it is still a superior product. 

Control panel has no light so you have to ruin your sleep by turning on a bathroom light to operate it. My previous one had a nice red back-lit panel. Water heater does not keep the water warm throughout the entire wash process. Wash wand position is set too far forward and has to be adjusted back for every use - cannot just set and forget since we have multiple users. 

My husband and I recently purchased a bioBidet A7s special addition at our neighborhood Sam's Club. The price was affordable and it does everything that the more expensive models do. During this pandemic it was the perfect time to make this purchase. Saving money on toilet tissue and also plumbing bills . Thank you for making this model . We're getting spoiled with the heated seat and the night light is very handy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 

My original reason for buying the Biobidet was because I had Anal surgery last August, and there was tremendous pain associated with going to the bathroom. I was hopeful that the Biobidet would resolve this when I had the follow up surgery in December, and it did! However, my wife and I enjoy it much more than using toilet paper and we get cleaner as well! The heated toilet seat and the nightlight are great features as well! We are considering getting additional ones for the two other bathrooms in our house. 

This bidet was purchased to replace another bidet of the same brand. It is much larger (I should say "wider") than our old one. This one is also more powerful. I like that the control panel has domed buttons, so you can feel them during the night. My only real gripe about it is the lack of a night light. The old one we replaced had a small light that would illuminate the bowl. Very handy for males in the middle of the night. Alas, this model has no such light. 

Extremely easy to use, only concern is that the seat is plastic, which broke on my previous brondel brand. Hoping this one is more durable. Love the blue nightlight. 

Excellent product. After a week or two of bidet research, this was the one for me and luckily homedepot had it for 43% off!! No glowing bowl type nightlight or personal presets but still enough bells and whistles to attract me and scare my cat. The vortex enema, well, that certainly works. I tried it out of curiosity and it flushed me out for sure. Its said to be the strongest stream in the seat bidet game and i dont doubt it. My apartment is lower middle class, to be generous, but now my bathroom feels upper class.
