BB-1000 Supreme Bidet Toilet Seat Owners Reviews

I ordered the BioBidet BB1000 for my husband who has Parkinson’s. It is wonderful and far exceeds our expectations. Having the remote makes it much easier for him to reach the controls and be able to use the features he needs. Even though we have only had the bidet seat for a couple of day, I am so impressed with it that I ordered another one for our other bathroom. 

Easy to read & understand instructions. All necessary parts to fit my current plumbing fixtures and a breeze to install. Love the remote! Though the electrical cord was just long enough to reach my outlet, would have liked to have another foot or two in length. Product works great and recommend it to others. 

Well, this product could not have been purchased at a more opportune time. Being quarantined and with a toilet paper shortage we are very grateful to have it. We love the remote control feature and heated seat. The dryer is nice but it takes a while to dry. We were hoping to install it ourselves, but it was much more complicated and required a plumber so between that expense and having an electrician install a plug, it was about $1000 in total. But worth every penny. 

This was easy to install on our existing toilet and works like a charm. I think the remote is the best feature that enables you to place it where you want it versus the models that have the control panel attached to the seat. Those would be awkward to see and use versus the remote which can be placed more conveniently. My only suggestion would be adding a nightlight feature to the seat. 

I upgraded my simple cold water bidet to the BB-1000 and wished I had done it earlier. The features are rich and can be tailored to your personal preferences. I have a mild constipation issue and the enema function really does a good job to induce waste discharge. The only complaint is the remote buttons may not work on first contact, sometimes I need to press a few times in order to trigger the desired function. 

I had a Bio Bidet BB-680 that was purchased 10 years ago. It had been working well and is reliable. So, I decided to get the new model bidet seat also with the Bio Bidet brand. I found the remove control with a slow response issue when I got my new BB-1000.I report this problem to Bio Bidet support and got a free remote control promptly. So far, the new item has been used for more than one months and all is working well. I love it! 

After many trials of different types of bidet seat I finally bought Bio Bidet BB-1000. It has all the features I was looking for including very easy and quick installation, remote control, all needed adjustments and the main feature - VORTEX mode of operation which I appreciate the most. I hope it is reliable and long lasting product because I plan to use it for long time. Recommended. 

This Bidet supreme BB-1000 is the best one so far that I have had. If you live in cold regions it is great to sit on a pre-warmed seat and have warm water there right away without having to wait for it to get to the toilet. Just make sure your remote is right next to the toilet otherwise you will have issues getting it to work. I found that it worked best when it was placed on the same side that the manual controller was on. 

Easy to install and works great so far after the first week of use. The remote control is a great feature that can be hung on an adjacent wall away from the toilet. Our previous electric bidet's controller was attached to the seat and was impossible to keep clean from urine spatter etc. This bidet also has solid water supply lines & connections. Our previous bidet had thin 1/4" plastic tubing that began leaking after a few weeks of use. 

I absolutely love this bidet. It has plenty of power to get you very clean. My wife loves the heated seat and it was very easy to install. I will be purchasing one in the future for our second toilet. I can't say enough, all the features work very well. For those of you with remote issues, I found that it helps if you point it toward the backup controls, I'm going to buy a IR remote repeater which should remedy that minor problem.
