Wonderful Product
It works far better than I expected. Water stream is very soft and highly effective. Hydro flush is one of my favorite features. It is not only fun to watch stainless tip moves in and out by itself while water sprays over it to clean spigot inside out but it sure gives me peace of mind. Very effective machine with good design and fair price. I love it.

A good secondary bidet
To be up front, I initially got this BB1000 bidet for a secondary location that I only visit a few times a year. I first got a BB2000 for my main home usage. The set up is extremely easy and probably only took 5 mins since I knew what I was doing form the last install. The seat is exactly the same design as the BB2000 and I find to be one of the most comfortable seats out there. The bidet offers similar features as the BB2000 but are not as nice. The wand is plastic and not as nice of cleansing...

It does offer a movement feature that paired with the main wash does a nice job but it's movement is again not nice as compared to the BB2000. The remote is probably the worst thing of this bidet. The one I have takes a lot of pressure to get it to work and the move feature while using the bidet was tricky to get it to function. Overall I am happy with the product for a secondary location due to price and function. But if you are thinking about this model for your main location, I would spend the extra money and get the BB2000, you won't be disappointed.
