Great Product!
This is my first time owning a bidet and I really like it! My boyfriend has owned one before and he really likes that this one heats (both seat and water) and pulsates the water for a better clean. I really like the different functions so you can adjust it to your personal needs and the way the sprayer sanitizes itself before each use. I was visiting family for 2 weeks and really missed having the bidet!

So far it’s a solid purchase. Does exactly what it says it will do. Loving using lea TP and NO wipes (I’m a plumber). Laughing at all the TP hoarders ‘in this trying time.’ ???? Just wish the warm water lasted a bit longer. I know the new model addresses that but didn’t seem it warranted the extra $$$. Just the smallest gripe. All in all, would order again and have already recommended this to friends and family!

Not enough hot water
This is my second bidet from this company. I upgraded to this one. The hot water only stays on for 28 seconds, then it’s ice cold. If you are unable to shower due to surgery or hospice this hardly gives you enough too soap up and rinse off before the hot water is off. The cheaper model I had before stayed on for two minutes. Really disappointed! If you live in a cold climate the water is like ice. Why should the hot water go off in 28 seconds?

Purchased this product to replace a BB-i3000 that I had for quite a few years. Could not be happier with the seat.This is the third BioBidet product that I have purchased so far (I also have a SlimOne) It has great features, warm water, warm dryer air, quite luxurious!! Water works so much better than TP. It is so easy to install. Installed it in under 15 minutes. Every home should have one.

Just returned my original after BioBidet sent another. A few emails confirmed that my original purchase was defective & one option was to have a new replacement sent. I’m enjoying this purchase enormously & like the addtl features such as, heated seat & water. This was a big splurge on my part, but I’m satisfied that it was the right choice.

Everything works as i expected when i bought it. The vortex feature does what it says well. I know i read people had issues with the heater but it seems to work fine for me. We've had it for about 1 month now and couldnt be happier with our decision. Our trip to japan enlightened us to the greatness with a good bidet seat! Get the BB-1000 - you won't regret it!

I have paralysis issues and with the help of the biobidet I can feel clean. I love the heated toilet seat and the optional temperature settings for the water and dryer and the optional strength of the spray. You will still use toilet paper, but it will be much less than you use now. The cost is a little high, but if it holds up over time it will have been worth the cost. Thank you biobidet for this comfort tool that is a game changer.

This is my second bidet. The other one is from a different brand and is cheaper than this one. Compared to the first one, both water temperature and seat heat up much faster for Biobidet. In addition, the water stream is smoother. I don't know how to describe it. I will say that the water stream is well controlled. There must be some engineering work went behind it.
