BB-1000 Supreme Bidet Toilet Seat Owners Reviews

So far, so good! 

North American culture needs to catch up in a lot of things, but ESPECIALLY personal hygiene. This is the second identical unit I've purchased after 10 years of constant use (and abuse). The previous unit simply wore out but worked very well for almost it's entire service life. If you want something that is life changing - get a bidet like this one. You'll never go back to wiping like a savage after this.

I have a BB-1000 which I bought ten years ago. I am satisfied with its "enema" function. Recently, I purchased a BB-2000. I thought it was an advanced model. However, the "turbo" function is not as strong as the "enema" function. I called biobidet support and confirmed my observation that BB-1000 has higher water pressure than that of BB-2000. Since it is installed, I cannot return or switch. I wish I knew it ahead. I really enjoy the enema function. 

This is my first time owning a bidet and I really like it! My boyfriend has owned one before and he really likes that this one heats (both seat and water) and pulsates the water for a better clean. I really like the different functions so you can adjust it to your personal needs and the way the sprayer sanitizes itself before each use. I was visiting family for 2 weeks and really missed having the bidet! 

This is literally the best bidet you can buy. Do not look further at any other options because this is the best one. Home Depot was quick to ship and we were able to set it up in under 15 minutes! Has *ALL* of the setting you could want (cheaper bidets do not have feminine or vortex modes, which are necessary!!!). (Vortex mode is the only one that gives you a *true* enema) BUY THIS BIDET. 

I ordered the BioBidet BB1000 for my husband who has Parkinson’s. It is wonderful and far exceeds our expectations. Having the remote makes it much easier for him to reach the controls and be able to use the features he needs. Even though we have only had the bidet seat for a couple of day, I am so impressed with it that I ordered another one for our other bathroom. 

Easy to read & understand instructions. All necessary parts to fit my current plumbing fixtures and a breeze to install. Love the remote! Though the electrical cord was just long enough to reach my outlet, would have liked to have another foot or two in length. Product works great and recommend it to others. 

I already have purchased 4 BB-1000s. They are the best. I am very over-weight and a Bidet helps me immensely with my hygiene. Also, when there was a toilet paper shortage, we were not affected. I sort of felt bad about that, but, live and learn. I told my friends and family about a Bio Bidet and they wished they had listened to me. One other thing, the customer service is second to none and I'm not just saying that. 

Everything works as i expected when i bought it. The vortex feature does what it says well. I know i read people had issues with the heater but it seems to work fine for me. We've had it for about 1 month now and couldnt be happier with our decision. Our trip to japan enlightened us to the greatness with a good bidet seat! Get the BB-1000 - you won't regret it! 

This product is well designed and well built out of quality materials. The features are fantastic and really easy to use. This is so much better than the bidet I remember from Europe visits years ago. You really should treat yourself to this luxury. The installation was a breeze, took about 15 minutes and everything worked without any glitches. The absolute best under advertised part is the heated seat. Love that.
