This was easy to install on our existing toilet and works like a charm. I think the remote is the best feature that enables you to place it where you want it versus the models that have the control panel attached to the seat. Those would be awkward to see and use versus the remote which can be placed more conveniently. My only suggestion would be adding a nightlight feature to the seat. 

So far, so good! 

I've had it now for 5 mouths, my only complaint is the remote control. sometimes it works the first time I press on the function button, other times I have to press in it 10 times before it works. I knew of this problem before I purchased this product because of the reviews. (every product on Amazon has some bad reviews) It is a little annoyance sometimes, but not all that bad. The seat it self works great, and I would buy it again.

I have a BB-1000 which I bought ten years ago. I am satisfied with its "enema" function. Recently, I purchased a BB-2000. I thought it was an advanced model. However, the "turbo" function is not as strong as the "enema" function. I called biobidet support and confirmed my observation that BB-1000 has higher water pressure than that of BB-2000. Since it is installed, I cannot return or switch. I wish I knew it ahead. I really enjoy the enema function. 

The unit worked well for about 3 years and then simply stopped working. I tried resetting and contacting customer support but it was just out of the warranty period so any repair costs almost as much as a new unit. Disappointed in the lifespan 

WE have had our P-800 for 10 years and we both love it. This thing is so reliable and simple to use. When we got it I figured it would last 3-5 years but it sure surpassed that. We just got our second one because we put a new tall and elongated toilet in the master and moved the round one to the other bathroom.Whenever we go on vacation we have to laugh because we miss our Bio Bidet. Others I've looked at just don't compare in my opinion. 

The Biobidet 1000 model is a top of the line bidet seat that seems to have been in production for some time. The company now makes "higher end" models but this model is probably the most you will ever need or want. It is priced like a mid level model but has most if not all of the features of more recent top of the line models. Fairly easy to install but make sure you keep an eye on the gaskets when unpacking. 

I just got my Bio Bidet BB-1000 yesterday. It took me less than one hour to put it on. The delivery was fast and the instruction was easy to read. After trying the product, I couldn't wait to share my satisfaction with my husband and write my review. I think that I can't live without this super gadget from now on. The sooner you have it, the more you will enjoy your life. I really love it. 

My wife has had back surgery recently and we chose the Bio-Bidet BB-1000 to provide the answers to the problem of post op care. The features and adjustments of the 1000 allow the user to customize to their need rather than endure the frustration of a 'one size fits all'. This seat is a sure-fire answer for recovery and everyday living. Our only regret is we didn't know about it years ago. 

This is my 2nd Bio Bidet. I’ve been using one for more than 10 years and it’s wonderful! I really can’t live without it! Recommend for everyone who wants to feel clean and refreshed. I received a second one for Christmas this year of the same model, Bio Bidet Supreme 1000. It’s reasonably priced and works great. Customer support is also excellent with bio bidet. I’ve had a couple of issues over the years which were quickly resolved.
