I was skeptical. I'd never even seen a bidet. But after a couple surgeries my doctor and wife suggested we get one for me. I just didn't really know what a bidet really did. After my last surgery I still couldn't use a toilet, but the bidet and a new toilet arrived. About 2 months later I was beginning to get back on my feet...so I called my plumber and had him install. Man, talk about my surprise after reading the manual, adjusting some settings from the remote. It's like heaven. The seat is warm instantly. Rinsing water is warm too...and adjustable! You can have the Nozzle stationary or have it move forward and reverse. I've got a little issue with the remote not always working..but hoping customer support will swap it out for me. I'm considering a second bidet for the other bathroom. Why not!  Read Less

We purchased the BioBidet BB-1000 in March 2020, as toilet paper shortages were making the news. Having travelled to Japan previously, we'd had exposure to various hotel units and toyed with the idea of getting a bidet before. The threat of no TP proved just the inspiration we needed to buy. We're grateful we did! This model is excellent, especially for the price. We decided to splurge on a not-low-end model, because we both wanted features like heated water. The BioBidet 1000 has a limited tank-style heater, and so has about 30 seconds worth of heated water. I find this enough time to do what I need, and if I use more water, it is a gradual change and not uncomfortable. It is possible to control water temp, too, in case you don't want warm water. There are other models with unlimited heated water (look for "endless warm water"), if that is most important to you. I have seen bidets that do not heat water at all, and that is why we are spoiled. We will likely get an additional bidet in the future for our other bathroom, and heated water will be a must. I really like having a remote, so I don't have to crane around to see the controls. It is easy to adjust the nozzle position to get good coverage while washing. As a female, I have found the position for feminine wash is further back than I would naturally sit, so I have modified how I sit when ready to wash. This has not diminished my appreciation of the bidet Also, the ability to change the water pressure is nice. Sometimes gentle is what you need, and sometimes more forceful. Installation was fairly easy, speaking as a non-plumber. It will likely involve tools not included in the packaging. If you have ever installed a new flush mechanism in a toilet, I can say that it is easier and less time consuming than that. It does, as a heads up, involve draining the toilet tank entirely, and in our case, cutting PVC and a new coupling. The included instructions were helpful, as were YouTube videos. Our household has loved having a bidet and had a great experience purchasing from BidetKing. It arrived when promised in sturdy packaging. If you are on the fence about bidets, know that I was too. This bidet is a luxury item! We had to install a ground fault receptacle close to the toilet to run it, but other than that it was easy to install! It is worth it just to have a heated toilet seat! The rest of the gadgets are a bonus! It has a variety of options in positions and strength of flow and water temp. This has helped my husband so much with taking care of business! It can even assist with the ‘action’ with the vortex setting! Sounds gross to be discussing this, but, hey, we all do it!... Read More

Then after considering how much easier a remote is than a side control, it made more sense. The dual user feature was key for us. I have not yet set my user profile, but I will soon. I especially value the water temperature selections, seat warmer, nozzle position selection, and the dryer controls. It's made a huge difference and has the additional benefit of decreasing toilet paper use by at least half. We purchased this during the recent Prime Day sale, which made this bidet seat more affordable. But it is worth the price, even before the price drop. Read Less

I have never owned a bidet and wanted to try it out after traveling overseas and I have a septic tank so less TP is better. This is my first one and I'm not too overwhelmed with it like I thought I was going to be. There's a turbo feature that is more like cleaning your insides, but I'm not brave enough to try that one yet. I was worried that it would look large and bulky on a normal toilet but it looks fine on mine. It has its own tank to keep the water warm so it is a bit big but that's okay. The only downfalls that I have is that it has a limited range to hit. I have to scooch back to hit the girly parts. But there is a 'move' function which gets a bit further. Also, I'm not too fond of my legs getting wet. Yea, its weird but the water splashes and come out of the gap between the seat and the toilet. I'll fill that gap with something but I hope that's something that gets fixed in future/more expensive models.  Read Less

I was very impressed with the warm seat and warm water feature. I learned to use remote as i used bidet daily. I learned to clean my bottom better and better after every use.
