BB-500 Series Bidet Seat Owners Reviews

We have been using this for 2 weeks now after having a handyman install it. It works extremely well for me and my wife is adjusting to it. We have been using this for 2 weeks now after having a handyman install it. It works extremely well for me and my wife is adjusting to it. Chose this one because it is the simplest of the electrics and has the lowest profile. Flip a lever and it works, push the big button if you need to - simple! Being a large man I was concerned I would not be able to reach it comfortably but there's no issue. It's low profile makes it look very much like an ordinary seat and it does not throw you forward like others but it is a little different than your regular seat. It does a great job cleaning! It seems to take about 20-40 seconds to get clean, then I wait another 30 seconds to air dry and I'm on my way. The water is warm enough and it seems to have enough pressure without using the "turbo wash". This is so much better than wiping with paper - no "racing stripes"! Highly recommend for anyone struggling to reach or who wants a more hygienic way to do what we we all have to do. Read Less

I’ll be honest at first I didn’t like the toilet seat because when you sat on it and got off, it would beep several times. Very annoying. I still liked it, so I decided to keep it, even though the annoying beep, the nightlight is fantastic, the heated seat is phenomenal, water pressure is just right, easy to use and functions well. First I will say that I do really like how small the bidet's profile is. Fits perfectly on my elongated seat and relatively oversized toilet tank. First I will say that I do really like how small the bidet's profile is. Fits perfectly on my elongated seat and relatively oversized toilet tank. Looks elegant, and the soft white night light and light around the circle button is easy on the eyes. As for the actual bidet function, there is no option to adjust the position of the bidet nozzle - which I knew going in. Still, the stream of water is a lot wider than the narrow beam that came out of my Slim One. The dial to adjust the pressure of the water honestly does not seem to have much of an effect at all, but thankfully the pressure is not too harsh and does the job properly. Big plus though is that the water heater is very effective at maintaining the desired temperature. As for the heated seat, it's honestly a little too warm at its lowest setting, but it is also currently summer. Lastly, the air dryer has a plastic-y odor that will hopefully fade with use, but I feel like does take a while to dry regardless of temperature set. This is my first bidet with a dryer though. All in all, I will keep this model for its life (which without all of the bulky extra parts of a more complex bidet will hopefully be a long while) and make due with the good and not so good. In the future, I would probably recommend a different model but still BioBidet.  Read Less
