ABSOLUTE GREATEST BATHROOM UPGRADE MONEY CAN BUY!! This bidet was a great purchase for cleaning more than what toilet paper alone can handle. I was a little hesitant at first, not being experienced in plumbing whatsoever, but the installation was a breeze, took less than 30 minutes to fully install. The only thing that surprised me was the length of the power cord. It JUST managed to reach my outlet with some creative maneuvering but ideally just 6 more inches would have been perfect. The actual bidet usage is great. It has a seat warmer capability and water warmer capability. It has front and rear washing options and one drying option. It takes a few tries to position yourself for an optimal stream but once you learn the trick, positioning is no big deal. You have to be seated in order to be able to operate any of the buttons, a nice safety feature if you have guests or kids that like to press buttons while looking directly at the bidet. The blow dryer is strong but I'm still a little hesitant to use it. It creates a pretty strong dryer and after using the bathroom so be careful.
Anyways, if you think you need a little help washing or just want to up your bathroom game, this is a fantastic purchase. I have had no issues with cleaning myself, or cleaning the bidet. I use a normal bathroom cleaner without bleach and it does the trick. I have had no cold water spraying, no heating issues, or jet stream water to date. The two things that really sealed the deal are the water warmer (DOES NOT require a warm water port, just an AC outlet) and a seat heater. As a side note, my fiance loves this purchase. Whenever we go anywhere for travel, she will always mention that she misses having the bidet at home out of all the things that there might be to complain about. Makes me feel like I'm back in Japan being able to have all these toilet features. Overall it's an incredible must have amenity for me and my significant other. Ten out of Ten, the greatest gift you could give yourself or anyone in your life! ♥️

I got this model because my last biobidet's (Slim One) water pump died after 3 years so I thought I would opt for a pumpless model.
First I will say that I do really like how small the bidet's profile is. Fits perfectly on my elongated seat and relatively oversized toilet tank. Looks elegant, and the soft white night light and light around the circle button is easy on the eyes.
As for the actual bidet function, there is no option to adjust the position of the bidet nozzle - which I knew going...

As for the actual bidet function, there is no option to adjust the position of the bidet nozzle - which I knew going in. Still, the stream of water is a lot wider than the narrow beam that came out of my Slim One. The dial to adjust the pressure of the water honestly does not seem to have much of an effect at all, but thankfully the pressure is not too harsh and does the job properly. Big plus though is that the water heater is very effective at maintaining the desired temperature.
As for the heated seat, it's honestly a little too warm at its lowest setting, but it is also currently summer. Lastly, the air dryer has a plastic-y odor that will hopefully fade with use, but I feel like does take a while to dry regardless of temperature set. This is my first bidet with a dryer though.
All in all, I will keep this model for its life (which without all of the bulky extra parts of a more complex bidet will hopefully be a long while) and make due with the good and not so good. In the future, I would probably recommend a different model but still BioBidet.
