My friend kept telling that I should get a bidet, because it’ll be life changing. I was hesitant for a really long time and always thought he was just exaggerating. I was fortunate enough to grab myself a bidet and he was right—life changing. This is a lot fancier than the bidet my friend owns. It’s also an elongated bidet seat, so not usable on rounded toilet seats. This has all the high tech features that you’d get from a bidet that’s around $700. It has a nightlight, air dryer, seat warmer, you can adjust the temperature of the water and seat through your smartphone as well. Just absolutely amazing. I used to have to get in the shower to wash myself after doing my business, but now I can just use this to do the cleaning without drenching the rest of my body. Since I have two bathrooms, I might grab myself a second one. It wasn’t too difficult to install.  Read Less

I purchased the 1200 primarily because of its elongated size, as my previous bidet was round, and its inclusion of theTurbo wash function as well as the feeling that an ‘upgrade’ was due. I purchased the 1200 primarily because of its elongated size, as my previous bidet was round, and its inclusion of theTurbo wash function as well as the feeling that an ‘upgrade’ was due. However, I am extremely disappointed with its performance. In comparison to the BB 1000, for my view the cleaning process of the 1200 falls short in several areas. The water pressure is significantly lower, the cleaning is sub par and include fewer cleaning options and settings, and the light is dimmer plus, it is not blue and cannot be independently turned on or off. The Turbo wash feature, which is a requirement for me is underwhelming as to be nonexistent. While the BB 1000 didn’t technically have a Turbo/vortex wash option , I found its performance in this regard to be significantly more effective than the 1200. Additionally, I’v experienced consistent issues with the app and connectivity. Setting aside for a moment that it functions and seems a gimmick. The app always forgets the paired 1200, requiring me to pair it again. As the app functionality isn’t particularly useful for me I’ve stopped attempting to use it. Another point of dissatisfaction is that the BB 1200 does not remember the previous use settings, which was a convenient feature on the BB 1000. Not exactly ‘rembering’ the last setting as much as getting directly to it. As I live alone, this feature was particularly useful. While I regret having to provide such a negative review, my dissatisfaction with the BB 1200 is complete, is genuine and based on the significant differences I’ve encountered compared to the BB 1000.  Read Less
