This was my first experience with a bidet so I don't have a lot to compare it to but it definitely seems top of the line! I love that it has the remote with so many options. It has front wash, rear wash, turbo Wash, dry. It also has dryer pressure, water temperature, seat temperature, adjusting the nozzle position. I also like that it has the settings for two different users so my husband and I can each adjust to our liking. The only thing I need to think about long-term is finding a power sourc...
This was my first experience with a bidet so I don't have a lot to compare it to but it definitely seems top of the line! I love that it has the remote with so many options. It has front wash, rear wash, turbo Wash, dry. It also has dryer pressure, water temperature, seat temperature, adjusting the nozzle position. I also like that it has the settings for two different users so my husband and I can each adjust to our liking. The only thing I need to think about long-term is finding a power source because I only have a plug on the opposite side of the bathroom so for right now the only option is an extension cord which is not ideal. That wouldn't be negative towards this bidet as I assume they all would have the same issue. I have three restrooms and none of them have a power source nearby.

The installation was super easy and self explanatory. I love how there is the remote and the app that can be used for this bidet. I have been wanting to purchase a bidet for so long and I can honestly say that this one is by far above the rest in quality than the others I have seen. Also I love the heated seat, water, and dryer. I was extremely impressed of how it also has a dryer as part of the bidet.

[Incentivized Review] Good quality but needs a power source
This bidet is surprisingly lightweight. Be careful to size correctly for your toilet. It is easy to set up and a great quality. Our biggest issue is it needs to be plugged into a wall outlet. Makes sense to power it but our toilets are on the opposite end of the bathroom from the outlets. It’s not far and the cord reaches but needs to stretch across the floor/sink. Otherwise, it’s perfect and even comes with a remote. A great addition we didn’t know we needed!

[Incentivized Review] A good addition to my bathroom
This was an easy product to install. The only thing that I had difficulty with was putting in the mount anchors I really did struggle putting them in and it took a little bit of elbow grease to get them through the hole. Besides that everything was easy to install. The butt warmer is very nice, especially in the winter. I like that you can use the turbo wash and positioning it and make sure that the water is at the right temperature. The nozzle is easy to use on the remote to position the water correctly

My friend kept telling that I should get a bidet, because it’ll be life changing. I was hesitant for a really long time and always thought he was just exaggerating. I was fortunate enough to grab myself a bidet and he was right—life changing. This is a lot fancier than the bidet my friend owns. It’s also an elongated bidet seat, so not usable on rounded toilet seats. This has all the high tech features that you’d get from a bidet that’s around $700. It has a nightlight, air dryer, seat warmer, you can adjust the temperature of the water and seat through your smartphone as well. Just absolutely amazing. I used to have to get in the shower to wash myself after doing my business, but now I can just use this to do the cleaning without drenching the rest of my body. Since I have two bathrooms, I might grab myself a second one. It wasn’t too difficult to install.

[Incentivized Review] It’s amazing!!!
This is a wonderful product. It works like a charm. Here’s the trick when installing use the black rubber mounts that come with it but make sure they are installed the way the picture shows them flush to the toilet. If you don’t do that step like that it won’t work and the seat remains wobbly. Otherwise, once installed the seat works amazingly!!! The remote is easy to use and we mounted it on the wall. The wash feature is super cool!!! You can heat the water and much more. The dryer is such a cool feature!!! You don’t even need to use toilet paper after using this seat. I love it and I definitely 100% recommend it.

I purchased the 1200 primarily because of its elongated size, as my previous bidet was round, and its inclusion of theTurbo wash function as well as the feeling that an ‘upgrade’ was due. However, I am extremely disappointed with its performance. In comparison to the BB 1000, for my view the cleaning process of the 1200 falls short in several areas. I purchased the 1200 primarily because of its elongated size, as my previous bidet was round, and its inclusion of theTurbo wash function as well as the feeling that an ‘upgrade’ was due. However, I am extremely disappointed with its performance. In comparison to the BB 1000, for my view the cleaning process of the 1200 falls short in several areas. The water pressure is significantly lower, the cleaning is sub par and include fewer cleaning options and settings, and the light is dimmer plus, it is not blue and cannot be independently turned on or off. The Turbo wash feature, which is a requirement for me is underwhelming as to be nonexistent. While the BB 1000 didn’t technically have a Turbo/vortex wash option , I found its performance in this regard to be significantly more effective than the 1200. Additionally, I’v experienced consistent issues with the app and connectivity. Setting aside for a moment that it functions and seems a gimmick. The app always forgets the paired 1200, requiring me to pair it again. As the app functionality isn’t particularly useful for me I’ve stopped attempting to use it. Another point of dissatisfaction is that the BB 1200 does not remember the previous use settings, which was a convenient feature on the BB 1000. Not exactly ‘rembering’ the last setting as much as getting directly to it. As I live alone, this feature was particularly useful. While I regret having to provide such a negative review, my dissatisfaction with the BB 1200 is complete, is genuine and based on the significant differences I’ve encountered compared to the BB 1000.
