Works as advertised. Love the jet feature and water pressure. I can't figure out how to pre-program the oscilating feature to always come on with the operation like the manual says to. May have a broken unit? Also, surprised to see how many light scratches are on the white plastic seat. Hesitant to try to polish them out as the instructions say to not use any special chemicals in cleaning the seat.

Like So Many Have Said, Why Did I Wait So Long?
The bidet seat arrived in perfect condition, well packed, shipped quickly; the instructions were easy to follow and it was easy to set up. Everything works flawlessly so far and the experience is even better than I expected after reading so many positive reviews of bidet seats in general. Everything works flawlessly so far and the experience is even better than I expected after reading so many positive reviews of bidet seats in general. The quality seems very good, though some of the plastic is a little flimsy (I would definitely not sit on the lid and may make a sign for guests about that). So I will be interested to see how durable it is. The remote is too large and a little bit odd with different icons that behave inconsistently with each other, but it’s easy enough to figure out and use. I’m not sure if I miss the custom settings or not. And although the unit looks nice, it is so big compared to my normal sized toilet that the aesthetics are unfortunate. The hose and wire protruding way beyond my toilet make that even worse. However, all is forgiven when you sit on it and feel your parts getting cleaned like never before, outside of the shower at least. And that clean feeling lasts beyond the bathroom, giving me a little spring in my step for hours.. Bidet King was great to buy from, with a well done site that made it easy to compare and all the information that you need to make your decision. Great pricing too. As an appreciated bonus, I have not been spammed with emails from them either. Since I did not need customer service I can't speak to that. But I will definitely recommend this company and this product to friends. Don’t wait as long as I did to avail yourself of the cleanest toilet experience ever!

Perfect for handy capped users
I have just recently purchased this bidet on the advice of my doctor. I am a quadriplegic and have limited use of my arms. I’ve had this product a few days and already it has made my life and that of my care givers much easier. You don’t have to be disabled to enjoy the many comforting features of this bidet. From the heated water and seat to the male, female adjustments, they all work seamlessly. I strongly recommend this product.

Great purchase with little to improve upon.
This was our first bidet seat purchase and we are impressed. Having recently undergone surgery which warrants cleanliness and comfort, this seat has been a lifesaver. Easy to install, intuitive controls including adjustable temperature, pressure and spray control. Only real downside is the cover being too lightweight to sit on. The main seat is comfortable and very sturdy. Overall, love this seat and probably won’t ever be without one again!

Great Bidet
We just purchased 3 BB-2000 Bio Bidet Toilet Seats and are extremely happy with the products. They were very easy to install and took less than 10 minutes to compete the installation. They work perfectly and I have to admit that after setting on the warm seat I don't know why we didn't get them earlier. It offers so many features that can be adjusted for each individual.Once again all I can say is we are extremely happy with them. .

This changes everything
This bidet is something that once you use it you will never be happy in the bathroom again without it! It works flawlessly and has many options to customize the experience to your personal preferences. It was easy to install and comes with everything you need. It seemed a little expensive at first but I’m glad I got it. Bidet King is a great place to get it from as they have a good discount on it and ship it to you quickly. I highly recommend this unit.

Life changing
Easy to install, less than 30 minutes. From the heated seat to the choice of intensity to the air dryer, this seat is nothing but quality! I will be purchasing 2 more for my home, my 85 yo mother already purchased 2 for her home.(and loves them) and all 5 of my adult children will be purchasing for their homes. We just had a family reunion and believe it or not all I did was rave about Bidet King and my BB2000. Thank you for making such a wonderful product!

This bidet seat is truly incredible, especially at the price it is offered. No complaints at all and the only area for future improvement would perhaps be a backlit remote for viewing in the dark. Great sprays, with such a wide selection of position, intensity, and type. Heated seat, endless heated water and both have temperature adjustments.

Very customizable and Fantastic!
I was a little overwhelmed at first because this bidet can do so much! I am having a complete shoulder replacement and having a bidet was one of the top recommendations for post surgical aid. This bidet does a great job cleaning and drying! The instruction booklet is easy to read and understand. I did pay an electrician to put in an outlet by the toilet and had a plumber install it. I thought it was worth it.

Love it!
So far we are very pleased with this purchase. It looks nice, seems sturdy and operates well. It has multiple settings and features that we are adjusting to. The blue night light is awesome. My only slight disappointment is with the dryer. It does not offer enough power to actually get dry. I had read that on other reviews, so, I have to agree with that. Other than that, I hope it lasts a long time!
