Love the BB2200
I love this bidet. I can see why it has such a good rating. Having the continuous warm water is awesome. I recommend this if you can afford it. Worth the money to me. I was looking at cheaper models with fewer options. Glad I spent the extra money. You get what you pay for.. Easy to install. Took minutes. I did have to install an outlet for power. But the bidet only took about 30 minutes to take off the old and install the bidet,

Versatile Features / Easy Installation / Great Bidet with Thorough Instructions & Parts
This is our 3rd Bio Bidet. One 600 Series and Two 2000 Series. The bidet comes with everything you need for installation and very well written / easy to follow instructions. Installation took about 30 minutes with no issues or leaks. Just read carefully and watch the pictures for which hose ends go where. It did take a little help from my wife to attach / slide the seat into place and hold while aligning and tightening, but that was a quick minute of her time....

Another great feature is the new(er) remote. On the older 600, you had to memorize / feel you way / or look down to figure out what button to press. On these 2000's, you have a handheld remote with everything at your fingertips and easy to understand buttons and display. A worthwhile investment and upgrade to any bathroom.

After visiting Japan last year, my wife and I decided we had to get a "Japanese" style toilet seat for our bathroom. We absolutely love the BioBidet BB-1700 model. It was easy to install in less than an hour just by following the enclosed directions. The warm seat is a pleasure and the various washing functions are easy to use and quite effective. We have recommended this unit to friends and family.

Washed away with the utmost pleasure
I purchased the Bio Bidet 2000. I am 71. I compared several models and chose this because of it's features. I installed it myself from the instructions. The only problem was trying to put a part on that I did not need. After using this for a week, I don't know how I lived without one. I feel so clean all the time. Sure wish I had this in my younger years. I recommend this for every woman.

Like So Many Have Said, Why Did I Wait So Long?
The bidet seat arrived in perfect condition, well packed, shipped quickly; the instructions were easy to follow and it was easy to set up. Everything works flawlessly so far and the experience is even better than I expected after reading so many positive reviews of bidet seats in general. The quality seems very good, though some of the plastic is a little flimsy (I would definitely not sit on the lid and may make a sign for guests about that). The quality seems very good, though some of the plastic is a little flimsy (I would definitely not sit on the lid and may make a sign for guests about that). So I will be interested to see how durable it is. The remote is too large and a little bit odd with different icons that behave inconsistently with each other, but it’s easy enough to figure out and use. I’m not sure if I miss the custom settings or not. And although the unit looks nice, it is so big compared to my normal sized toilet that the aesthetics are unfortunate. The hose and wire protruding way beyond my toilet make that even worse. However, all is forgiven when you sit on it and feel your parts getting cleaned like never before, outside of the shower at least. And that clean feeling lasts beyond the bathroom, giving me a little spring in my step for hours.. Bidet King was great to buy from, with a well done site that made it easy to compare and all the information that you need to make your decision. Great pricing too. As an appreciated bonus, I have not been spammed with emails from them either. Since I did not need customer service I can't speak to that. But I will definitely recommend this company and this product to friends. Don’t wait as long as I did to avail yourself of the cleanest toilet experience ever!

Really great bidet
We've had several different bidets and this one is by far the best and a great price. The bidet is great. Warm seat, warm water, good strength and spray pattern, easy to install. Highly recommend the BB-2000. They do include an extra supply line that is fine for older homes but the newer plumbing valves/supply lines (push pull valves) make it impossible to use this extra hose.

My second BB-2000. love it
We old our house back in December and for the last several months we’ve been saying how much we missed our BB-2000 we had for 3 years from our old place. I did a bunch of research again and decided to go with the BB-2000 again. The design is solid as is the reliability. The new unit was exactly as expected from our experience with the old unit. Install is super easy and we are happy again to have our bidet once again.

Great purchase with little to improve upon.
This was our first bidet seat purchase and we are impressed. Having recently undergone surgery which warrants cleanliness and comfort, this seat has been a lifesaver. Easy to install, intuitive controls including adjustable temperature, pressure and spray control. Only real downside is the cover being too lightweight to sit on. The main seat is comfortable and very sturdy. Overall, love this seat and probably won’t ever be without one again!

Great Bidet
We just purchased 3 BB-2000 Bio Bidet Toilet Seats and are extremely happy with the products. They were very easy to install and took less than 10 minutes to compete the installation. They work perfectly and I have to admit that after setting on the warm seat I don't know why we didn't get them earlier. It offers so many features that can be adjusted for each individual.Once again all I can say is we are extremely happy with them. .

This is what I didn’t know we needed.
We remodeled our master bathroom and decided to get a bidet. After some research we decided on the Biobidet 2000. This was a great choice. It took about 20 minutes to hook up. Everything except the wrench comes with the bidet. The heated seat is the best feature to me. We live in the Midwest and those cold midnight trips to the bathroom is made much better with a warm toilet seat. We will enjoy this for years to come.
