I highly recommend this bidet. Our first experience with a bidet was a cold water only model as we didn’t have electric or access to a hot water source. Even so, we were hooked on bidets and hate traveling when none are available. We even installed a cold-water bidet in our RV. Recently, we completed building a house. In the design, we put electric behind all the toilets. A separate hot water line was not installed as we knew we were going to use one of the instant hot water model bidets like this one. After doing our research on bidets we chose a different manufacturer other than BioBidet and clearly was not happy with the functions and returned it. We did more research and settled on BioBidet BB-2000. At first, we were a little hesitant to order another expensive bidet. However, one feature of the BioBidet that other reviewers wrote about that convinced us to purchase the BioBidet is the force of the water from the nozzle. The first brand we purchased had no pressure and was pretty much unusable. BioBidet on the other hand has a separate setting that is almost like getting an enema (the pressure is adjustable). Its normal setting is also good. Other features we like is the nice blue night light that has allowed us to remove the night light from the toilet room wall outlet (it can be turned off too). The controls are responsive. You don’t have to wait very long for any function to start up or stop. It is very hygienic, user friendly, and not really an eyesore to look at. The only real issue we would say the company could improve on is the base plate that attaches to the toilet and then you slide the bidet on to it. It was a bit frustrating to get the bidet to slide onto the plate and lock into place. The other brand we had did not have this issue, although similar in design. I purchased this BIO BIDET BB-2000 to replace a BB-2000 that was many years old. I researched new units, to see if there was anything new available. Nothing had the same features as the BB-2000 that I loved so much. The hybrid heating system can't be beat and the vortex mode was mandatory for any new purchase I'd make. I purchased this BIO BIDET BB-2000 to replace a BB-2000 that was many years old. I researched new units, to see if there was anything new available. Nothing had the same features as the BB-2000 that I loved so much. The hybrid heating system can't be beat and the vortex mode was mandatory for any new purchase I'd make. For me this is the perfect bidet. As for bidets themselves, as everyone who has ever used one always says, you can't survive without it. If you've ever had any rectal issues, get a bidet. If you want to be as clean as can be, get a bidet. Smearing around with toilet paper becomes clearly illogical after bidet use. There are several TV shows and movies that joke about coming home from Europe or the like and wondering how they'll ever go back to TP. Don't! Buy a bidet toilet seat. One new movie, "Why Him", goes so far as a bidet being the star at the film's end.  Read Less

I had been searching for a quality bidet seat for about a year. There are so many options from which to choose the decision process took longer than expected. I landed on the Bio Bidet BB-2000 as "the one". My selection was based upon the ease of installation, extra strong sprays, hybrid water heating system, seat heat, wireless remote, and the three year warranty. My unit arrived as planned without delay and two days later I had a heart attack. My partner decided to have a plumber install it before I got back from the hospital. So I cannot comment on how easy it was to install. The heated seat was an instant hit as far as my bum was concerned. It did take some sleuthing on the Internet to find out "how-to" bidet as this was a new activity for me. The remote, as another reviewer stated, is full of options but lacks a back light but I have found that, initially, holding it in my hand worked well enough to see the various icons. I have landed on the ones that work the best for me but there are a host of others from which to choose. Overall, I am very satisfied with my decision to purchase this particular bidet toilet seat and would recommend it.  Read Less

Only product that has all the features I wanted: 1. Both tank and tankless for continous warm water without the initial cold shock. 2: Reccomended by several techs as the best for femimine "reach" without the famous skoot and bend gymnastics. 3: Best combination of washes: Vortex for constipation, bubbles for gental feminime, both massage and wide area, adjustable wand for custom wash. 4.Removable tip for clean and replace. We have used Bio Bidet BB-1000 for years, even keeping a spare in the basement due to only having one bath. We decided to upgrade to the BB-2000, it was mostly a down grade. The only thing better is the remote, it works no matter where you point it, the BB-1000 you have to aim in the right direction to work. Otherwise it has the same functions except a hybrid hot water system that is not constant. The problem is the pump is at half the pressure of the BB-1000, apparent that is by design after a... The problem is the pump is at half the pressure of the BB-1000, apparent that is by design after asking Bi Bidet. This makes it half to not effective at all. . The turbo is useless at such low pressure. The seat NOT on economy is cold at 4:40am, it heats up quickly, but that is not what you want. I would estimate the pressure of the BB-1000 on the lowest setting is equal to the BB-2000 on its highest setting.  Read Less
