We are so happy that we bought a bidet toilet seat and it was the BB-2000. Having never used a bidet seat before we didn’t know what to expect but this bidet seat has made us true believers and wish that we had bought one (now two) sooner. After using it we feel so much cleaner than just toilet paper. The BB-2000 is feature packed and I really like the seat sensor to help prevent small hands from playing with it.

Getting an electrical outlet next to the toilet was pretty easy and I was ready for installation. It could not have been easier. It takes a little time to figure out just what settings to use but I am very dialed in now.
We have a dedicated room downstairs that we call the "Poop Room." This is where I set up the BB2000. Knowing that it wouldn't be used after 8PM or anytime in the night, I put a Smart Plug on it so it automatically shuts off between 8PM and 5:30AM. This should save on electricity and maybe prolong the life of the unit.
I bought some wonderful Bum Wipes on Amazon to complete the job.
We use a Squatty Pottie and I soon realized that one has to remove it when using the Bidet as it put my leg up too high for the body sensor to read.
My wife asked me how it was after my 1st time using it. I told her I just had an out-of-body experience. I rate this unit a 10/10.

Before the BidetKIng this meant up to 12 showers a day to prevent skin irritation. My husband hated seeing me in such misery and searched online for the something that could help--he found the BidetKing. It is amazing! With multi adjustments to fit anyone's choice of temperature, pressure and cleaning pattern it was perfect. Now I don't even keep track of restroom trips because it is so easy and I am left clean and fresh. The simple hookup was a real plus. My husband installed it the night we received it with minimal effort and in our case no adjustment of electrical outlets. The toilet seat washes up easily and has a sensor to assure that it does not spray water unless someone is sitting. The spray nozzle is self cleaning before and after use. For those of us in the US who may not have access to built in bidets, the BidetKing is the perfect solution to give an even more luxurious experience than most of the built in bidets of Europe.

First off, I bought this bidet because I'm a gadget type of person. I didn't buy it because I needed it. I'm into home automation, home theater, touch faucets, etc. I've heard of bidets and how popular they are in other countries, and how everyone was always amazed at how no one in the US has them and how amazing they were to use. So I guess I'm looked at as an early adopter (or nut job) by my friends who know I have this bidet.

I'm into home automation, home theater, touch faucets, etc. I've heard of bidets and how popular they are in other countries, and how everyone was always amazed at how no one in the US has them and how amazing they were to use. I have a toilet closet off my main bathroom and there weren't any outlets installed, so I had to tear into the walls and install a new GFCI outlet. Luckily I was able to do this myself. Some may need to hire an electrician. After I had the outlet in there, installation was simple. It took 15 minutes or so to put the seat mount on and hook up the water hose, and the bidet slid right into the mount.
The first time I sat down I wasn't quite sure what to expect. There is a skin sensor that senses when the seat is occupied, and as soon as you sit down a little fan turns on to "deodorize". There is no scent or chemical you install, so I think this is just a fan that turns on, possibly to keep the smell in the bowl.
When you first push one of the several wash options on the remote, you hear the little motor spin up that pushes the sprayer out, and then you hear water start to drip as it gets to the end of the sprayer. Now at this point, as a first time user, there's no turning back. You better sit there and take whatever comes. And not knowing at all what to expect, this might be a little scary.
The first few seconds, you feel a little bit violated. Then once that little shock wears off, you start to feel a little better, and by the end of your spray, you wonder how you ever went without this. I now look forward to going to the bathroom.
Once your spray session is over, you push the dryer button, and a little blow dryer door opens up and blows warm air.
I was a little concerned that the spray wouldn't get everything clean. But after several sessions, and wiping afterwards, there's never been anything on the toilet paper.
The only "knock" I'd have on this is that it doesn't get you completely dry after the blow dry session. So I have to use a little toilet paper to finish drying.
All in all I'm satisfied with the purchase.

It's really worth the money! My only complaint is the seat seems to forget what it's doing if you are seated too long. You can reset it by standing up and sitting down (not great) or hitting the button again. Also to note - I have to unplug the bidet to run my hair dryer or I'll flip the circuit. Overall though, this is a wonderful product that I'd recommend to anyone - but especially big & tall men. Really great product!!!

I do like the Turbo/Vortex Wash feature but I feel it could be stronger still. I do wish the LED brightness was Dimmable on the bidet. I am having a bit of an issue with the unit moving even though it is well attached to the toilet bowel. I also note that the IR sensor is a less sensitive and I have to be sure to "aim" the remote at the seat sensor for it to register my button presses correctly. My previous premium bidet was the Swash CS1000 and this compares well with it. I give the edge to the Biobidet.

It arrived on Monday.
The installation was ok, but the plastic mounting screws are not a great idea. It was impossible to reach them properly from underneath the toilet bowl, in order to tighten them sufficiently. The seat was still moving, even after multiple attempts. We used the bolts from the old seat instead. They did the trick.
The PROs:
- Heated seat, water, and dryer
- Deodorizer
- Auto-start of deodorizer once you sit down
- Endless warm water
- Many settings
- Remote control + holder
- Night light
- Not too bulky
- Great stylish modern look
The CONs:
- Remote not backlit (hard to operate, if you go in the dark)
- Remote not touchscreen
- Remote holder is very tight (you think, you break it, every time, you slide the remote back in)
- A lot of splashing onto the bowl and seat, if you are not positioned perfectly
- The feminine wash is not much different than the posterior wash, unless you reposition yourself back and forth.
- Drying takes too long and even after completion, there's still moisture left.
- The lid is not sitable.
Despite the CONs, the BB-2000 is a great product and gives you a wonderful clean feeling. We're considering buying another one for the other bathroom.

We selected the popular BB-2000 after seeing disappointed reviews for fully integrated (replacement toilet) solutions. BioBidet's Prodigy toilet scored relatively poorly on water heating and a few slight misfeatures - it doesn't have the features the BB-2000 has.
We had an outlet installed nearby in advance (about $150 including parts and labor).

Overall this works perfectly. Sometimes, some wiping is needed - but the water flow, temperature, and positioning are perfect. The heated seat is great (you'll miss it on the other non-heated toilets in your house!)
Positive surprises: The infrared remote appears to be bidirectional. I was wondering that: it has a mode timer that doubles as a clock when not in use: would that timer run if the infrared signal "missed" and then the bidet seat and remote were out of sync?
No. If the bidet doesn't get the remote command, no "beep" and the timer doesn't start, and if you stop the bidet from its control panel (or just get up), the remote display knows what's going on and properly displays the status.
Negative surprises: There is absolutely no charcoal odor filter. There's a place for one, underneath the seat (a removable, louvered door), but it's empty, no filter is included in the package, and no filter is available on BioBidet's website for this model. I think it's production issues: The recess for the filter is under the seat, in a difficult place, and I think it was a bit of wishful thinking on BioBidet's part: the place where a filter seems like it should go is just too small for any reasonable filter, and in that spot it would tend to get splashed and probably caused more issues than it was worth, so BB just dropped that feature despite the fact that the exhaust fan is still there.
Inexplicably, the icons on the remote are different between the button and the display just a few inches away. Why?? They're both pictograms. That feels like a manufacturing "versioning" mistake. It's really not an elegant UI - extra icons in the corner don't really mean very much, making this a little more difficult for new users to understand. Get a UX expert in, BioBidet, and redesign the remote.
The bidet seat is (electrically) noisy. We have LED lights in the bathroom on the same circuit; they all noticeably flicker when the bidet pump or heater are running.
Overall, though, the BB-2000 is great - these negatives are minor nits, and it's a really pleasant addition to our home.

As you know, they make dedicated bidets. In our little bathroom, that was not an option. I looked at a lot of bidet toilet seats. Buying a cheap bidet toilet seat is like buying a cheap parachute or a bargain cardiac pacemaker. You probably aren't going to be happy with it. So, after you get over the sticker shock of a high end bidet toilet seat, and buy it; you still have to install it.
First, you have to remove your old toilet seat. This typically is an easy job. My old toilet seat wanted to make a crusade out of staying on. The seat bolts had rusted and you just about have to stand on your head to see what you are doing... but I eventually won and without breaking the toilet.
When you look at the video or instructions, apparently we have the only house that doesn't have an electrical outlet right next to toilet near where the water supply line is located. Rather than add another $300 to this boondoggle project (wife driven) I figured I could run an extension cord from the electrical outlet near the sink and mirror, thread it behind the vanity, and sneak the plugs behind same, as so to avoid the employment of an electrician. Alright... I should have bought a nice pretty white extension cord, a fact which is not lost on my wife (patiently waiting for the right moment to drop that bombshell). The directions are pretty straightforward and there are installation videos available on YouTube. You will need to shut the water off at the cutoff, flush the toilet, disconnect a few hoses, add a few fittings, reconnect the hoses, turn on the water, check for leaks, and then plug it in. An adjustable wrench or two is all you will need. If it weren't for my old toilet seat, fighting for its dear life, this would have been fairly easy.
This is the Cadillac of bidet toilet seats. The water that is squirted up at your ..... is warm. As I write this review, it is 15 degrees in Fairfax, VA. The water coming into our house from the outside is probably about 40 degrees. Having freezing cold water shoot up your kazoo is not the way I want to wake up in the morning. The water warmer is a good thing. The seat itself is heated and stays nice and toasty. There is a sensor in the seat to know if you are actually sitting down, so you can't accidentally spray water everywhere in your bathroom. This is a good feature.
My wife, the Princess, will never read an instruction manual. Me, I read them twice, once before installation and again during initial operation. Not my Queen of the Nile. She will seat on the can and push every button on the remote that comes with this thing until she figures it out - by trial and error. That is her way; tactile and hands on.
Now, our only remaining challenge, is where to mount the remote control holder / bracket. Her Highness is left-handed, and I am right-handed, so this is a decision that may never be made.
Is thing thing worth $700? That all depends on the value you place on domestic tranquility.
