We updated from the BB1000 because……want to know why? We are building a shop…a shop, mind you, and hubby wanted a bidet in the shop! So, being the smart wife I am, I told him we would upgrade ours in the house and put our old one in the shop. Great purchase and we’re both delighted. Love some updated features such as the night light, compact remote, self clean stainless nozzle, to name a few.

Versatile Features / Easy Installation / Great Bidet with Thorough Instructions & Parts
This is our 3rd Bio Bidet. One 600 Series and Two 2000 Series. The bidet comes with everything you need for installation and very well written / easy to follow instructions. Installation took about 30 minutes with no issues or leaks. Just read carefully and watch the pictures for which hose ends go where. It did take a little help from my wife to attach / slide the seat into place and hold while aligning and tightening, but that was a quick minute of her time....

Another great feature is the new(er) remote. On the older 600, you had to memorize / feel you way / or look down to figure out what button to press. On these 2000's, you have a handheld remote with everything at your fingertips and easy to understand buttons and display. A worthwhile investment and upgrade to any bathroom.

This seat is a huge improvement over the bidet I used while living in France in a very old house. All the functions are very useful. However, I don't understand why the remote control display is not backlit. The side console is helpful at night but it lacks some of the basic functions and the remote is useless at night unless you memorize the location of the function buttons or you turn on a light.

The Best
I've owned 3 different bidet seats, one was very popular and pretty expensive. This BioBidet BB-2000 is by far the best with the strongest spray and continuously warm water. Many useful features and easy to use remote. While not cheap, it is very reasonable considering the quality of the seat and its features. If I needed another one, there is no question that I would buy this same one again.

Not worth the upcharge
Coming from the BB1000 for the past 7 years or so, we thought the more expensive BB2000 would be an upgrade, giving the additional features. We were wrong! It's actually a downgrade to us and we plan to go back to the 1000. The main reason is the water pressure is greatly reduced in the 2000 and I'm not sure why. Also, the seat is smaller, the remote is harder to read in the dark since it's not backlit, and the power cord is shorter. So to us, it works but we don't understand the upcharge in cost vs the 1000.

Like So Many Have Said, Why Did I Wait So Long?
The bidet seat arrived in perfect condition, well packed, shipped quickly; the instructions were easy to follow and it was easy to set up. Everything works flawlessly so far and the experience is even better than I expected after reading so many positive reviews of bidet seats in general. The quality seems very good, though some of the plastic is a little flimsy (I would definitely not sit on the lid and may make a sign for guests about that). The quality seems very good, though some of the plastic is a little flimsy (I would definitely not sit on the lid and may make a sign for guests about that). The remote is too large and a little bit odd with different icons that behave inconsistently with each other, but it’s easy enough to figure out and use. I’m not sure if I miss the custom settings or not. And although the unit looks nice, it is so big compared to my normal sized toilet that the aesthetics are unfortunate. The hose and wire protruding way beyond my toilet make that even worse. However, all is forgiven when you sit on it and feel your parts getting cleaned like never before, outside of the shower at least. And that clean feeling lasts beyond the bathroom, giving me a little spring in my step for hours.. Bidet King was great to buy from, with a well done site that made it easy to compare and all the information that you need to make your decision. Great pricing too. As an appreciated bonus, I have not been spammed with emails from them either. Since I did not need customer service I can't speak to that. But I will definitely recommend this company and this product to friends. Don’t wait as long as I did to avail yourself of the cleanest toilet experience ever!

Very Good Bidet
This is a fine bidet for a good price. I like the continuous warm water, the handy remote which can be easily attached to the wall with the included adhesive strip, the self clean mode is strong, and the night light is a nice touch. All around it is a very good unit. Also, it is very sleek, a good looking machine. I had to take one star away because of the enema function. It works, but it is not nearly as strong as with other bidets, particularly the Lotus Bidet.

An engineering masterpiece. Straightforward installation with all the parts needed
This bidet seat is truly incredible, especially at the price it is offered. No complaints at all and the only area for future improvement would perhaps be a backlit remote for viewing in the dark. Great sprays, with such a wide selection of position, intensity, and type. Heated seat, endless heated water and both have temperature adjustments.

Bio Bidet -2000
Bio-bidet 2000 took a few days to adjust but both my husband and I love it. We feel clean after every use. The rear and feminine washing work very well. The remote is nice. A suggestion would be to see it lite at night w/out opening the bathroom light. The blue light on outside is nice but not enough to read remote. The heated water and seat is wonderful and cleans well. All in all we miss our bidet when we are on vacation. We give it a 5 star.

Relaxing and Calming
As a first time bidet owner, I never would have thought that "toilet time" could be relaxing and calming! The heated seat feature instantly begins warming as soon as you sit down. The heat instantly relaxes and calms providing for a pampered moment of luxury in the midst of mundane and necessary! The easy to use remote makes utilizing all of the incredible features simple.
