This bidet seat is truly incredible, especially at the price it is offered. No complaints at all and the only area for future improvement would perhaps be a backlit remote for viewing in the dark. Great sprays, with such a wide selection of position, intensity, and type. Heated seat, endless heated water and both have temperature adjustments. 

This seat is a huge improvement over the bidet I used while living in France in a very old house. All the functions are very useful. However, I don't understand why the remote control display is not backlit. The side console is helpful at night but it lacks some of the basic functions and the remote is useless at night unless you memorize the location of the function buttons or you turn on a light. 

I've owned 3 different bidet seats, one was very popular and pretty expensive. This BioBidet BB-2000 is by far the best with the strongest spray and continuously warm water. Many useful features and easy to use remote. While not cheap, it is very reasonable considering the quality of the seat and its features. If I needed another one, there is no question that I would buy this same one again. 

This is a fine bidet for a good price. I like the continuous warm water, the handy remote which can be easily attached to the wall with the included adhesive strip, the self clean mode is strong, and the night light is a nice touch. All around it is a very good unit. Also, it is very sleek, a good looking machine. I had to take one star away because of the enema function. It works, but it is not nearly as strong as with other bidets, particularly the Lotus Bidet. 

My older Brondell Swash stopped working so we looked around for a new bidet. Decided on the Bio Bidet 2000, installed a few days ago. We find the unit sturdier, with a stronger wash and "turbo' cycle. The warm water, dryer and nightlight are much appreciated. A few points of note, wish the remote control was lighted, wish the nightlight could be dimmed, and it does seem a bit noisier. Overall, a step up from the Brondell, still a good one. 

It's been about 10 years since I used a bidet. I forgot how much I missed it. We got it a couple months ago and so far no problems. The water pressure and temperature work just fine. Absolutely saving on toilet paper. And it's refreshing to use. It is certainly worth the purchase. The only thing that I would say is that the remote control does not have an LED light. And for those of us who wear glasses that is important. I highly recommend. 

Very easy to install!! Great instructions and easy to follow. From opening the box to fully installed, less than 30 minutes. I do not have an electrical box by the toilet and will have my electrician install one. I'm using a long extension cord in the meantime. The remote is very easy to use. My proctologist is so happy I'm no longer using toilet paper. Relying on the Bidet is making a major difference for me. 

As a first time bidet owner, I never would have thought that "toilet time" could be relaxing and calming! The heated seat feature instantly begins warming as soon as you sit down. The heat instantly relaxes and calms providing for a pampered moment of luxury in the midst of mundane and necessary! The easy to use remote makes utilizing all of the incredible features simple. I want to install one in every bathroom! Thank you BidetKing for an excellent product! 

I have been wanting a bidet for many years and finally purchased the BB-2000. I am very hygiene conscious “down there” and was skeptical if this bidet would actually work. To my surprise, there was absolutely no residue after a simple 2 min wash. The fan is a great addition for drying. Simple to install, and the remote is easy to understand. I just wish the seat/bidet was a little slimmer. It’s a pretty big unit. I now look forward to using the bathroom :D 

Bio-bidet 2000 took a few days to adjust but both my husband and I love it. We feel clean after every use. The rear and feminine washing work very well. The remote is nice. A suggestion would be to see it lite at night w/out opening the bathroom light. The blue light on outside is nice but not enough to read remote. The heated water and seat is wonderful and cleans well. All in all we miss our bidet when we are on vacation. We give it a 5 star.
